So yeah, let's update this thread before letting it fall forever into the oblivion of outdated threads. I stopped working on Minecraft for a little (long) while as I was working on a project of my own, which is not Minecraft-related.

In the meantime, I pretty much destroyed (unintentionnaly, fo'sho) every single minecraft project I was working on - including Advancedmaps.

Now, you can cry for the dead of AdvancedMaps.

So yeah, I'm resuming (or, bluntly put, starting again from scratch) work on this mod. I will be making a very simple version for 1.0 in the next couple hours and days. Don't expect anything fancy, just those good old basic map frames to show the world how adventurous you were before getting an arrow in the knee and becoming a guard. Or something along those lines.

The Mapmaker block will not make a comeback, as I feel this is not really what I wanted. I have something else in mind for now, but since I might very well change my mind, you won't get any info on that.

So, all this put in a single sentence : work resumed, 1.0 smp/ssp version out asap.

What is a "Salted", and why would I want to spawn one? Also, what does this mod have to do with a "crafted movie"?

Holding shift make you not fall of blocks, hides your name in multiplayer and slow down.
