    Well, actually it was your pack with just the pigman zombie modified with a tiny bit of skin (you can search the thread waaaaaay back for the posts) and the alternate texture layers from the Photoshop source pasted into terrain.png for easier moving around (and put over the standard ones in several cases since I liked them more) - no alternations whatsoever that weren't yours (apart from the zombie pigman).
    I edited the post anyway.

    Hope you still have the old files lying around.

    Holy macaroni YES! I even dug up some old modified pack of yours from back in the day. I mean, yes, your new pack showing off more of your "style" is cool too but for me it has become too detailed and "shaded" - I preferred the extreme cartoon-look which didn't look cheap like most of the "low detail" packs...

    This is the minimally modified pack I last recall using (zombie Pigmen have more face in it :3) (Frenden's Pack 6.1 with these mods):

    Only if you check the chat option in MrMods, which you don't need anyway since you can make a reply bind as outlined in the few posts above.
    Just either remove pe.class from MrMods or apply this mod after MrMods.

    Haha - well, sooner or later Frenden will *have* to get on skinning MoCreatures. And he loves monsters! What better opportunity will be there? The Essential Creature mod even adds Trolls and Turtles and we all love turtles, don't we?

    Haha - love the differently textured wool blocks. The new dirt texture is a bit meh unless it's just some WIP stuff to get the two colors right... It is very repetitive and out of place when it comes to dirt that should be a bit random, if stylized.
    The other things are just a matter of preference - I like more "Frenden Stuff", so I'll be able to customize my pack every week for slight changes. ^^

    Yeah, bp2008 - wait till an official release of Bukkit comes along. For now it's comforting to know that the initial step of converting the plugin wasn't too daunting.
    I myself am annoyed by everything breaking every 15 minutes due to updates to Bukkit and/or plugins but hey, that's why it's a DEVELOPMENT version - I brought it upon myself. ^^

    I have a comment about the skull block's alignment for tiling purposes. Don't you think the skull should be moved up a bit instead of having so much shadow of the block above on the previous block?
    I made a comparison - default is on the right, extreme (no shadow on previous block) on the left and the solution which works the best for single blocks, IMHO, in the middle:



    In other news, I copied all alternative textures from the .psd to terrain.png for easy copy&pasting - I grouped them by block type and listed defaults for reference. Yes, the terrain.png is modified to my tastes and I stole one texture from CleanCraft (gravel - sorry!) for a friend of mine who doesn't like Frenden's solution.

    Well, yeah - you can, however, change the birch and pine leaves/needles and make them darker or brighter in greyscale which will at least do SOMETHING - obviously not change the hue or saturation but at least the value (or lightness, whatever color space Notch is using)...

    Sorry for doubting your tests. I conducted them myself now. I thought the foliage data for pines/birches was being pulled from the upper right corner since it didn't correspond to any foliage color found in the lower left. However, it seems LOLNotch is pulling these colors out of his ass (typically hacky solution instead of a stable framework) since even replacing the WHOLE foliagecolor.png and grasscolor.png doesn't recolor them. 0_o
    I assume it's a single hard-coded color value just modified by the corresponding greyscale leaves.

    The sand blocks have different top and bottom textures. But yeah, without going in-game you won't quite be able to check what is what.
