I experienced a small wave of one, but it's an interesting story from 4 points of view.
My view: Sitting at my computer, derp derp derp, when suddenly, the washing machine turns on and the house starts shaking. I thought it was the washing machine cause, you know, that happens, but then it didn't stop and got louder and shakier. Then after a few minutes, it stopped.
My Mom's view: She thought it was me jumping up and down, so she yelled up the stairs and told me to stop.
My Dad's view: He thought it was a truck passing by, but it lasted for more than 10 seconds, so he ran down to our house (He works in our office extension outside) to see what was going on.
My Sister's point of view: Blackness. She was asleep, on the couch. Through the entire. Darn. Thing.

But here's some tips.
1. Press fn (Look in the bottom left corner of your keyboard) + F1, it will clear your screen and look much better in screenshots.
2. Use fn + F2 to take screenshots of the minecraft window, this works much better with F1.
3. Disable F3 (The window thing with the numbery thing)
EDIT: In the update you removed F3. Yai!

I was admin, my friends were there, there was free build, it was beautiful, and now, it's gone. Such a shame.

I found a thing in the language.dat files that said RubyOre = Ruby ore
And while looking in the items GUI, I found a texture for a Ruby.
Possible new ore? It's probably gonna be implemented like the silverfish, but maybe a few updates after 1.4.
Someones probably found this already >.<
