I installed the aether mod, then i tried to install the TooManyItems mod WITH the aether mod. I run minecraft and i see a dirt block screen. Can anyone help me what i did wrong?

Which MCPatcher actually allows me to install texture packs ? Since the 1.5_01 update, i cant seem to figure how to install texture packs.
