Oh, thanks! And I think the cloning problems was because I was using items from other mods. I have no problem when they're holding Custom NPC's or Vanilla items.

EDIT: Oh, and I have a suggestion. Perhaps create an option so that healer NPC's only heal certain NPC's/factions?

I love this mod, it's brilliant, but I'm having a couple problems with the latest version.
I just can't seem to get NPC's to attack each other. I have them set to opposite factions (in this case Aggressive and Friendly) and I've set them both to "Attack Hostile Factions: Yes" and they do nothing. This method's been working for me since 1.5. Do I need to do something else to make the NPC's fight?
I've experienced this problem on a clean install with the Recommended version of Forge as of a few days ago, and with other mods.

I've also had a problem with the Mob Cloner. If I create an NPC, give it armour, an item, etc, and save it, then clone it another world, it carries everything with it, it's armour, projectile, health and everything else except whatever item it was holding. I'm experiencing this with several other mods such as: Flans mod, TMI, Damage Indicators, Light Bridges, Redstone Paste, Enhanced Portals 3. Instant Massive Structures, and Smart Moving.

I haven't heard else encountering these problems. Am I just doing something wrong?

posted a message on Flan's Mod 5.5.2 Update : 1.12.2, 100s of new Skins! : Helicopters, Mechas, Planes, Vehicles, 3D Guns, Multiplayer, TDM, CTF
I'm having some issues with the latest version of the mod and Flan's own content packs.
I've installed the simple parts, modern weapons, tiatans, and futurecrat packs.
The guns seem to work fine, but whenever I place a titan from the titan pack they don't appear, and if I right click where I placed them, I'll get glitched into the ground. I can't move, or even look around. If I leave the world then load it back up I'm fine.
Nothing from the futurecraft pack appears at all.

Any help? I'm using 1.7.2 with the latest versions of all of these. I'm also using Custom NPC's, Light Bridges, Too Many Items, and Damage Indicator.

EDIT: I removed the futurecraft content pack and the titans work fine. Is there an issue with futurecraft or did I just miss something?

Right click on an NPC or the ground to bring up the Custom NPC GUI. There should be a tab at the top that says "PlayerData." Click on that, and a list with all the players that have been on the map will appear. Click on your name and then click on "delete." The map will be reset for you. However, unless you want to replay the map, you don't have to do this because other people will be able to play the map as intended regardless of who played it before because completed quests, dialogues, and the such are saved to the player data, not the world.

Thanks a lot! But doesn't it just share PlayerData on Singleplayer? From my experience, if you download a map that was made on Singleplayer, and play it on singleplayer, your location in the world, inventory, ender chest, etc. are all shared. Does that still apply with Custom NPC quests?

EDIT: Nevermind, I just looked into it and there's separate tabs for quests and dialogs. Thanks a lot.

I'm using this mod to make an Adventure map, and I've encountered a slight problem. I've set-up a few dialogs that occur at specific points in the storyline, but, while testing these, to confirm they work, I kind of... Locked them up.
Let me simplify this. I have 3 NPC's, a blacksmith, the blacksmith's assistant, and a priest. The player's trying to find the Blacksmith, so they go to the Blacksmiths shop, and the assistant tells them the Blacksmith may be at home or at the local church. This enables Dialogs related to the Blacksmith in the Priest, and enables the final "Found you" Dialog in the blacksmith himself. After interacting with the Blacksmith himself, the dialog in the assistant and priest that relates to the blacksmith are now unusable.
Now, I can't seem to reset those Dialogs so they can be used again. I've tried removing the Dialogs from all the NPC's, and then readding them, but none of them show the proper dialogs.
I don't what the dialogs to be there permanently, I just want to reset them so they can be repeated once, for when the map is released. If anyone could help me, it would be great.

With the new 1.6 update, could you please add something which increases your maximum health? It could be a new potion (potion effect already exists) or a new item you could equip. Both of these can be done in vanilla but you need to use command blocks for both. I'm just asking for a legitimate way of adding health.

You could always get the "More Health" mod. But I think an armour set that gives you a couple bonus hearts is actually a pretty good idea.
Although, I noticed the effect given by Golden Apples (Absorption) is kinda unpredictable. The new "Health Boost" effect works the same, but WAY more stable.

Once this update is out I'd like to start on a new project of sorts.
I'd want to work on changing things like the identical dimensions of twilight into proper dimensionns.
But that would be for later :P

Are there any plans to upgrade certain bosses in the future? I mentioned a little while ago that few boss fights were very dull/easy.

so why are they revamping vethia when the only real bug was the weapon damage? unless there was a underlying problem.

Well, Vethea crashed on servers entirely, there were a few buggy mobs, and I believe one of the bosses could crash the game when killed. Plus, you always respawn on Layer 4, but that may be due to how respawning in Minecraft works.
There could be more bugs I don't know about.

And if I have a world on 1.4.7, and in the 1.6.2 update nethengeic things will effect the terrain, how do I reset my nether?

Go into your saves folder, located in your .minecraft/saves. Open your world save, and look for the "DIM1" or "DIM-1" folder. One's the end, one's the Nether. Not sure which is which. After you delete the Nether folder, open your world and go into the Nether again. IT should generate a fresh, new Nether.

Well, me and my friends have pretty much beaten DivineRPG. We all have full Halite Tier stuff, and we're planning a last Battle Royale in Augite. Every. Boss. At once.

So, yeah, the mod's much easier with multiple people. By much easier, I mean VERY easy. We tore through the mod in less then a week or 2, and half the time we were doing other things, such as building our oversized house or tinkering with other mods. Honestly, I feel the mod should get a buff in terms of difficulty. Vethea's honestly the most difficult part about this mod. Not saying I hate the mod, I actually love it, but a buff in terms of overall difficulty would be nice.

Well guys, here is a question for you! Instead of gold, what do you think the cyclopses should drop?! Also, if you have any ideas for the mod, im willing to take some? :P

Maybe Arlemite? Nothing really new, I know, but Arlemite is kinda hard to get, unless you use some mining strategies.

Also, I was playing on my server with my friends, and awhile ago, we fought the Watcher. The Watcher Fight, with 3 people, is REALLY easy. We never needed to use our Massivences or anything. We barely got hit. Might I suggest making his aim a little better? Half the time his shots were 10 blocks off.

You can try, I suppose. But don't add the ".jar" at the end. That's the type of file, and has nothing to do with the name.

So the .jar where I installed forge in, I rename "minecraft.jar"? Wouldn't that mess up the coding with the 1.6 launcher?

I've had the same issue with the new launcher. I believe it's some kind of incompatibility with the launcher and NEI. If you still have your old launcher, use that. Otherwise, I don't know of a fix.
