    So being that magic is the next big update here is my full list of features you can expect because of the people asking for the way it will function.
    • The system of magic will use/consume ENERGY. (That's important)
    • ENERGY is the life force in every creature; In players it is hunger/hp everything else is raw hp.
    • ENERGY is contained in planet life also, but in smaller amounts; Leaves, grass, flowers, logs, wheat, potatoes, carrots, nether wart, mushrooms and mycelium, all are considered "plant life".
    • ENERGY can be draw from any plant life and/or creatures. (Including YOUR Player)
    • ENERGY is store in any gem/item made from gem.
    • SPELLS will be cast via a hotbar toggled by a configurable key (default CTRL) and selecting the slot; ALL SPELLS CONSUME ENERGY!*!*!*!*!*! (Except the transfer WORDS that allow the collection of energy)
    • SPELLS are formed via the SPELL CREATION TABLE; They are formed by putting words of the ancient language together.
    • WORDS are found in dungeons, cities and temples.
    • SPELLS must have specific WORDS to function properly; Unspecific SPELLS could have unpredicted results.
    • PLAYERS can channel ENERGY through their DRAGONS; DRAGONS have a set amount of ENERGY before they take damage and die.
    • PLAYERS can use a CHANNELING TABLE to channel their energy into 1 item and/or entity. (Entity may not be in official relase)
    • PLAYERS can not share spells YET; If a player uses a spell they do not understand, (If a spell is found in a dungeon and/or temple), The spell will have a very random result.
    This is magic in a nut shell. No other information can be prodded out of me besides this. Specific spells will never be revealed unless you reveal them!

    i think in 1.6.2 there should be more unique items such as: twinkledeath (angela's sword), brisngr, oriks war axe (cant remeber name) ETC. i would love if there were loads to find out


    i think thats a good idea i want a brisingr for sure so it can be better than diamond with unlimited durability

    stupid forge everytime i install it my minecraft crashes it fails to start game heres the report

    guys quit asking for release dates if you really wan this mod to be at its best you will have to wait ok?! also i dont like the idea that people want the dragons to be element based like red is fire blue is water thats not how it is in the series so i dont want to see that (mostly because my favorite color is blue but i hate the water element).

    i love this its the best terraforming tool out there!!! i think though it would be awesome if you could export maps as an xbox minecraft map but those maps r currently limited to 1024 blocks by 1024 blocks witch would be the limit on the map

    Hey guys i was wondering (if) you are adding race selection will each race have its own advantages and disadvantages like elves would be fast, strong, and jump high stuff like that or another example a dwarf would like mine super fast or something like that u know

    and how strong is brightsteel i think at least it should be stronger than diamond because if its more rare than diamond then it should have some advantages and perks over it

    Guys i dont think this works for multiplayer because in dragon mounts an other mods that work for servers they require a folder that says server in it i looked all over for one in this mod but couldnt find one only client. I have tried everything to get it to work on a server but no couldnt get it so idk if you guys are working on that or not but that would be great!

    what i could only find in the creative inventory is brightsteel and this egg that said something about dragons but evil well i dont know so if these are glitches please fix them right away thank you also the dragons still can't walk around and dragon mounts somehow fixed it so that there is no more lag when flying dragons could you guys please fix that too or idk ive just noticed they seem to lag less maybe its just my computer???

    ill give this a try but i don't know how to explain it perfectly.

    my idea for magic

    first you should make a leveling system that gives u new words from the ancient language every time u level up

    these spells would be placed in a new placed in a new tab when u look in your inventory (see had a little trouble explaining)

    they would be placed in a certain order and this order would be necessary for casting the correct spell

    then based on the order u put them in you would press a certain number on your keyboard and then press c(cast) and there would be sound (or words in the world text) that say what spell u cast and of course the spell would happen

    u of course have a mana bar or something to limit the amount of spells able to be cast

    i don't think its the best idea but its all i could think of to help with that.

    PS could you guys possibly add an attacking system for dragons i didnt get a reply earlier but i think that would be awesome. Things like clawing, tail whips, biting, a wing bash, and of course when u guys put this back FIRE BREATH
