Ah, bosses. A new little clip to my favorite game. Thanks to the Wither Miniboss, that leaves only the overworld as a dimension without a boss set for it. Eh, why not. So in jungle and forest biomes, new passive mobs called Bladadillos will spawn. Rather small, but very fast and hard to catch. Similar to ocelots, yet very different. If one was to be fed meat it would have a 5% chance to give you a crystal compass. This crystal compass always points to the nearest crystal tree. This crystal tree spawns about once every 10000 square meters. So it can be a trek getting to one, and it always spawns in a jungle or forest.
The crystal tree is made of a white-tinted wood called crystal wood. This block and its matching crystal leaves are unbreakable as to avoid someone from cheating through the crystal tree. As the player passes through the multi-floor tree, each floor is rigged with invisable, passeable blocks that spawn larger, discolored Bladadillos, in shades of red and yellow. The way this works is an invisible pressure plate typed block sends a current of invisible wire to spawners disguised as wood that spawn these Bladadillos when spawned. This also triggers the doors to the previous floor and the next to shut until each mob is killed. On the final floor, a crystal will be hovering within the dome of crystal leaves. When the player punches it, it slowly shapes into the overworld boss, the Crystadillo, name being a literal word for crystal armadillo.
The boss has three phases. In the first phase, he bounces around the room, and a few blocks of leaves will be slightly discolored. In order to harm the boss the player must get him to hit the discolored "spiked crystal leaves." After about a fifth of damage taken, he opens up from his curly sphere and starts charging into the nearest player. He can take damage from spikes, but that is impractical. The goal is to circle around him and hit his tail. When his tail is hit three times, he will jump to face the person that last struck him, sending out a shockwave. During this phase he can send of the medium difficulty yellow Bladadillos. After he has a final third of health left, he enters his final phase, where the damage do his tail sends a crack down his shell, sending a split in his long-horned helmet. During this phase he shoots fireballs to be deflected at his head to stun him. While he's stunned he cannot move, making striking his current weak point, his head, easier to hit. After this final phase, he finally crumbles and drops a random piece of Shell Armor. Which adds lava and fire resistance and has protection as high as diamond.I forgot to mention, this boss is repeatable, but it requires the chunk despawning, and going through the whole process again. That way someone can get back gear they lost or complete the set.

Withnothing posted a message on Decorative Stone Swords! **Updated 9/19**Hello minecrafterians!Posted in: Suggestions
I was looking at some colored armor on some pictures, and I thought, wouldn't it be nice to have a weapon to go with it?
I bring you:
Decorative Stone Swords.
These sword are made like regular swords, but instead of cobble, you use ores.
0 1 0
0 1 0
0 2 0 where 2 is a stick, and 0 is an ore of your choice.
These stone Swords look like stones, but are spotted throughout the color of the ore you put in.
Iron or gold, or with silk touch, diamond, emerald, lapis, coal and redstone.
They wouldn't have any powers or anything, just regular stone Swords.
These would be just for decoration and not really for fighting, though still has the damage of stone,
Like leather armor.
Also having a 'dyed' value or something, so they don't take up ids.
This would be a good wall hanging, or a good match with your leather armor.
****Update 9/19****
As a simple added bonus, decorative stone Swords would have an enchanting bonus. Stone's enchantability is 10, but these swords would be 20, to make up for their low damage.
Please be constructive with your comments, don't just say 'meh' or 'no support.' Also don't nitpick. If something is off to you, please suggest a change.
Note: This popped into my head. I searched for it, but didn't see anything. If there is a similar idea, please tell me calmly and I will try to change my idea so it is not a mirror and expand -

I know that someone said that lava is supposed to go slower than water but stopping isn't slow it's stopping. It wouldn't be a problem if it was just a puddle on the ground but win you have any amount coming from above it's a nightmare to deal with. -

No. Just go back to CoD like everyone says. This idea is bad and you should feel bad. -

Kalvin posted a message on Enchantment tab in creative modeThis is just a little tab in creative mode in which you can put an Item and then it shows all the enchantments you can get on that item and maybe you should be able to set custom levels(even levels that you can't get in vanilla MC). This might be usefull in custom/adventure maps.Posted in: Suggestions -

I'd like to see something like this but it's more suitable for a mod than vanilla minecraft.

Anyway the point I'm trying to make is that creepers should be toggleable before anything else. Endermen are actually necessary if you want to "beat the game".

Maybe you could put a list of all whitelisted players in the original post or something.

Though, it is already suggested and you should have posted this on one of the many other threads detailing what endermen could do to/with child villagers.
Inb4 if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all.

I think instead of pretending to be a tree, it should hide inside leaf blocks, so it's forced to be around trees of it's type(assuming it can be a tree other than oak). Instead of placing saplings it should place aesthetic foliage(vines, shrubs etc).
To top it off, swamp treants should always be hostile, or have a higher range of detecting deforestation(because there isn't much tree density in swamps).
