No one is allowed to use commands to make their gaming experience easier, so it's not pay-to-win nor are the staff members more OP because they just spawn everything in - they're not allowed to!

My server could be what you're looking for, but the only problem is that it's on hard mode (you can buy food from others with gold though, and people are pretty generous!)
A lot of us are dedicated builders, mostly building projects you'd normally do in creative, but in survival. So we can assure you, there's plenty of places to get food from, so you have plenty of time to build!

You can log onto the server (IP: CraftersDimension.mcho.us) to look around and talk to us for a bit, maybe ask some questions, but to be able to build you have to apply.
Our server is pretty much all vanilla, staff isn't allowed to use any cheats or anything for their own advantage, and just in case some griefer does slip through and destroy stuff, we have rollback plugins installed, so any damage could easily be undone
I don't have MobArena or anything since my server is vanilla, but we do have friendly pvp, meaning you can pvp with eachother if you both want to?

I've got a really nice server you could join, It's greylisted though, so if you want to play on there you will need to fill in an application.
