The 50 Challenges by Lucasthefourth
The gameplay was ok. Nothing too special, but it did provide something to do with my life. I do admit, the bosses were my favorite levels of the whole game(a giant ghast that you can't shoot down with a bow, and must shoot fire charges in midair?). I do admit, there was a LOT of variety here(the only thing it didn't have was an adventure level). Overall, nothing too special, but it definitely will give you something to do.
This needs work here. Some parts were detailed, but the majority of the map was very simplistic. Not much of it stays in my head as I write this review. Most of it was a 1x2 or 2x2 path between levels. Some of the levels themselves looked very good, but for the most part, very simplistic.
This has almost everything a map like this can have. Mob fights, bosses, parkour, puzzles, etc. I can only think of 2 things this map didn't have(not counting survival, just because it wouldn't fit well), adventure and minigames(not counting the boss fights).
The difficulty needs a nerf. A lot. I mean, most of the levels are ragequit worthy(I had to cheat to pass those ones). There wasn't any food at the start(with no peaceful mode, this is a problem), and the last level felt easier than the one before it(probably because of the epic loot I put in the ender chest XD). This needs to be a lot easier than it is(I had to creative mode it for the most part).
There weren't many mechanics in here, so that is already a failure. Also, this didn't work very well for the spawn point system(beds are for back in 1.3 XD), and the majority was super simple. The most complex thing to do here was probably the spawners. It's that simple.
Overall score- 2.5+2+3.5+1.5+2=11.5=Good
There really isn't much here. Many mechanisms can be built way better, the majority felt like hardcore mode, and the detail needs work. Still, there can be some fun in here(cheat room, anyone?). Diamonds to you, man.
thanks for the review! Will make this easier when i have the time...
