Oh look, the Nether is red and has lava, lets just call it HELL.
Mojang did not intend for people to call the Nether HELL because they did not want people making complaints about it. It is not HELL, it is the NETHER, and therefore there does not need to be a HEAVEN to be the opposite of HELL, because there is no HELL in Minecraft.
alright well if you go into the nether and press F3 the biome will be labeled as "Hell".
if you go in the alpha versions of MC theres a "Hell" world with red skys,lava instead of water,dirt everywhere (no grass).
