Fine, post closed, you all had your fun. Now, the next chance I find someone who can make your lives a pain in the ass. I will. Had it to here with the instigation, the nerve pulling, the irritation and degradation of "modern" Minecraft Forums. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I mean, you been telling me this whole time to **** off from the start, it didn't even matter if I tried to edit, or make sense of it. Go get a soul you ****ers!

You act as if your in charge or something.

He wasn't the one threatening to ban people and falsely accusing everyone of breaking rules. You were already a douche so don't be a hypocrite as well.

You're an insignificant little ****, you know that?

Get off this post. I really don't need your input.

    You're right.
These forums do serve no use.

So, can we work together to make them have a use? Aside from answers presented by some. One person doesn't like GUI, one doesn't like beds in general, and two haven't really contributed anything out of the ordinary. I'd like to ask the one person who doesn't like GUI as to why it isn't good? Windows, Mac, doesnt even matter what machine your running, we all have GUI. To make it simple, most of minecraft functionality is carried out through GUI. Otherwise you'd be running on pure ASCII

There is nothing to get on with here, we have spoken our opinions.

You act as if your in charge or something. Minecraft isn't going anywhere right now, and if I have to book a flight to Sweden to talk to the developers. I will notify them that these forums just annoy people and serve no constructive use.

Look, can we just get on with the topic? I used the edit button several times, but the software to this site seems dated or not as fast.

Doesn't matter if I'm a mod, I am obeying rules. I can tell each replier has at least broken a few rules.

    No negative remarks.
Don't post here if that's what you want.

I don't think you speak for everyone. This is a forum, and this is a suggestions thread, if you have a problem with me posting here. Get over it.

posted a message on Beds and flexability of them.
    Main explanation:
I'd ask anyone this question but "Do beds work as spawn point relocators in Nether?" And if not, "Will somebody please notify Notch and Co that there maybe a possibility of discouragement when exploring large regions of the second world hes created during the halloween update?" (Yes, Nether) I've waited a long time for beds, although I expected more. Is there a possibility that I could make suggestion and have a bed do more than just sleeping. Like being able to pull a small Yes or No tab in *Would you like to relocate your spawn point?* rather than continuously skipping nights? I mean, it would also make sense that sleep should heal you like it does in other video games.

    Things to consider:
-New GUI for confirmation of spawn-point relocation. (This will allow players to not have it say "You can only sleep at night" and allow them to replace the spawn point without sleeping each or so time they want to move with new dialog box asking them if they want to relocate their spawn or sleep.) <- "Need suggestions on how it might work and how it would look."

-Sleeping heals the player to maximum health. (If the option to consider above is granted and put into the game, players will still use beds for their multiple values. This feature addition gives them more advantages to recovery and enhance the bed's usefulness.) If there is a disagreement on game difficulties: Have the disadvantages of not healing at higher difficulties past normal. <- "Open to improvement!"

-GUI will help use while in Nether. (With the option box open to relocate your spawn point while in Nether, you no longer have to deal with dying and going all the way back to where you died, just relatively close by.) <- "Same as the main suggestion."

-Optional Dye Combination Crafting. (Allow usage of dyes to change the color of the bed if added to the mix of crafting one. This way, folks can have different color schemes to chose from and add more use to dyes.) <- "Any way to improve this one?"

    Disclaimer:
This post isn't asking you to do anything, you can reply whatever you want into it.
But, can we please get something nice done? I'll be happy if someone can give a nice reply, and I'll really be happy if someone can reply constructive information, things to improve my suggestions. Do not talk them down, there is no point to talking something down that hasn't even been put in yet! I got many better things to do than take an hour to post here and make a suggestion. But I chose to have some faith, take a deep breath, and post a detailed suggestion hoping it might be considered like many before me.

If anyone where to argue about the development cycle/status, I already know enough to make sure this suggestion wouldn't be time costly to the developers, especially since it doesn't add new resources and require extremely complex scripting. Please read the text carefully! Nobody wants to offend anyone here, and if anyone is enthusiastic enough, don't hesitate to put in a good word.

Minecraft beta 1.2 has a few textures missing textures, I love this pack so much, I'm hoping you can update it for this new version. Keep up the great work though!

posted a message on Minecraft Black Screen
I noticed it can't have anything to do with Graphics setup or location in-game, as it largely does this in a time period or at random with nothing really unique happening. However, that's just my experience with the issue. I read that in one error log that the word "OpenAL" was mentioned, and I read a post somewhere about this update saying that the update was a sound fix.

I didn't check to see if the post was dated, but given the circumstances I feel like the update might have caused a large memory leak and endless loop somewhere. I cannot confirm how it happens, but maybe If I look into this, I might be able to provide some data that might help fix it. Although, I cannot provide any fixes and hope that the data found can go to someone who can fix the issue directly... *Hint hint :iapprove: wink wink*

Edit: I hope there is another update tomorrow that fixes this issue.

posted a message on Minecraft Black Screen
Alright, I'm getting really sick of this, I even updated Java to the latest but I still get it.
10 to 15 minutes into playing the game, the screen goes black and it chews up a lot of memory telling me Minecraft has stopped responding. Can somebody shed some light on this issue? I can't tolerate playing this any longer if I have to kick myself from my own server, and lose all my items during solo play over and over.

    Please help me!

I hope this problem gets fixed fast, the memory consumption may vary for every computer. But it's the same problem all together, I notice my cousin hasn't crashed except for a few hours ago. However, I realized right now hes running the same amount of memory when I crashed but, he hasn't crashed yet!

I hope this issue gets fixed or find out what it is causing it and fix it right away.

I'm getting the same issue too, minecraft randomly goes into some blackout, and it fails to respond, I try closing the game and it shows that it's eating 2 gigabytes worth of memory. That seems a bit destructive considering it wont shutdown after I told it to. Aside from frame rate issues finally gotten fixed, I think the latest update has something to do with this.
