Also i read an app for another server you made and wanted to share (Thought it was pretty funny)
"I'm highly involved in the worlds largest and most popular RSPS (Runescape Private Server). But have lost interest in that and am currently taking an inactive leave on it. (pm me for the link)"
I am neither an administrator nor a moderator, but i believe it would be a poor choice to appeal.
I don't see whats so funny about that.
He really is what he says he is. Just saying.

I wanted to add a couple things around the compound area, now that I had a good amount of minerals and resources.
The first thing I did was build a 3 story look-out tower, not only as a look out tower, but to help find my way back to the compound.
With the spare Diamonds and obsidian, I made an Enchantment table and added it to the middle floor, along with some bookshelves to help get better enchantment levels.
I enchanted my Diamond Pickaxe with efficiency II, and the Diamond Sword with Bane of Arthopods II.
And I built a doghouse for Uno!
Here's the rendered image to show the Lookout tower, reed pond, and wolf house.
Sorry the entry was so short, If anyone has any suggestions as what to build/do, I'd love your feedback!

When it comes to building a house, there's a few things to look for to determine if the area is suitable for your home.
- Always make sure there is a supply of water nearby, it could be an ocean, or even a small 2x2 pond of water
- A decent amount of animals in the surrounding area. cow and pigs for food, chicken for their feathers, and sheep for their wool.
- An open and flat area for a Wheat or Tree farm.
- An area to start a mine, whether it be directly below your house, or a nearby cave.

Read the first journal you made and came over to this one. Man, you have got me into this lol. Amazing work you've done so far.
Major +1 to you! :wink.gif:
Thanks! glad to see people enjoying these.
My old journal somehow went from a documentation, into a story.

I always enjoy reading these :smile.gif:
What program are you using to map your world? I have yet to find a suitable one; this one looks nice.
I use McMap to render the map, it doesn't have amazing quality, but for the time it takes to complete the render(10-45 seconds), it's amazing.

Can you please tell me how you did your avatar?
There was a thread a while ago about how to do it with photoshop.
OT: Really love this thread, can't wait till the Mob proofing section is done.

Haha, this is funny.
At first, I thought you and I are playing on the same world! Like you, I decided I wanted to try the hardcore mode for the first time (before seeing this topic). I spawned in a pine forest/taiga biome (like you) and after collecting some resources and outwaiting the night in a cave, like you, went off wandering into a plain-biome to find a NPC village... like you. This is where the similarities seem to cease though, I haven't really done a lot of cave-exploring yet.
Anyway, time to get on topic. I like this original journal-idea of yours! It is a joy to read and to see so many pictures. I would never be able to keep making and keep uploading so many pictures, as it tends to get really annoying after a (short!) while (at least, it does for me). I like the house you've built too (is it possible I saw something alike from a tutorial somewhere in this section? It seemed slightly familiar). Moral of the story: keep it up!
Haha that is quite funny, so many similarities!
And thanks for the feedback, I like to document my progress, not only for others to read, but for me to look back at and see how I've done, etc.
And You have seen the house before, it was in a tutorial a saw quite a while ago, and I really liked the look of up, so when i build small to medium sized houses, I make them very similar to it, with slight modifications. And thanks for the comment, hopefully you'll keep checking in on the thread!
