    Entropic Exploration (Now with 70% more resurrection!) is a updated and re-branded version of Hexxit REvisited by me. The original idea was to essentially make a Hexxit 2 for 1.6.4, and soon 1.7.10, etc. Unfortunately due to some licensing on Technic's part, I was unable to continue the legacy with "2" added. Thus was born the name Hexxit: REvisited, and the legacy was able to continue as a unofficial homage. It ended up doing very well for it's time and it lasted quite a while before the "Hexxit" brand-name was yet again taken from me. After so many tries only to get stopped by bigger entities, including bandwidth issues, eventually I gave up and let the community take over. Which they did! Hexxit RE did very good in the hands of the community and there were some great spin-offs and others trying to carry the torch! I appreciate all the help and support even after all these years. However now I do believe it's time to give it a go once again, only this time under a new name! Nothing much will change and it'll still have the heart and spirit of the original 1.5 Hexxit.

    So you may be wondering what version this will be on and if it'll be updated to X version of Minecraft. The answer isn't currently clear at this time. My team and I have made more packs with each their own style and theme. I hope to continue to revive some of them, and even start some brand new ones with wonderful mods such as Botania! This thread will act as the primary discussion source. I may or may not make other threads for other packs I make in the future but, or now everything should be in one place. Curse seems to be stable and the staff and community are great. Should there be problems or suggestions, please feel free to submit them here. If I cannot personally respond, one of my team members will!

    Unfortunately right now, the pack is missing from Technic, and I'm not sure why as I have gotten no messages or indications as to why that would have happened. We were still working on fixing it too, but now we have no choice but to take a break for now until we figure out what to do.


    I'm sorry for any inconveniences, I really don't know what happened.

    Updated the pack to version 3.0.30! Server files are not created yet, this version is for testing and setting that up, so bugs and issues may occur, and if they do, please alert us and we will fix them ASAP! This update will likely be superseded later in the day by another update with server files.

    A few new things added a lot of stuff updated, check it out!

    Since we've gotten so many requests for server files, we're gonna update the pack (big update) today and make server files for it! Hopefully this should all be done and uploaded by tomorrow, so look forward to it, we'll be working hard on everything, and as always, thanks for the feedback and support, it's always appreciated!

    Stained Clay Bricks


    This is a very simple mod inspired by the uselessness of Clay in general in Vanilla, and various Ascetic Mods like Chisel (2), Ztones, or just mods with lots of pretty blocks in them, like Botania or Artifice. Ascetic mods are among my favorite, so I decided to make a very simple and small stand-alone mod that could easily be put into any modpack, single player world, and could fit into any theme as everyone loves building! These blocks don't do anything, they're just pretty, and there's nothing to distract from it.


    How do you craft these bricks? Very simple, do you know how to craft
    Vanilla bricks or Stone Bricks? That's exactly how you craft these, just with Hardened or Stained Clay blocks instead, very simple!

    Thank you for the feedback! It's nice to see people enjoying my pack! I'll probably make the Adminium Arks rarer in my next update, though I feel it's not necessary as the sword is not effective against every mob and it's easy to lose.

    I know this question isn't in the tutorial (I think?) but how do I register metadata blocks (1.7.10) with a RegisterHelper class, as all other tutorials I found to make Metadata blocks don't use that.

    That's what I always like to see in a mod, high configurability from a config file, that way everyone can be happy by configuring it to their tastes and no complaints about too much/too little or something.

    Pack updated to version 3.0.28! A smaller update, just a mod added (Unique Artifacts) and a couple updated. Aside from that, just Minetweaker edits.

    I did indeed, and I double-checked to make sure I had installed it and gotten rid of the old version. Perhaps I'll test it out some more, hopefully it's fixed, or can be if it isn't yet!

    So am I crazy, or is it just difficult to make your dogs attack mobs? I've tried testing this in and out of creative and they just stand there and do nothing. What am I doing wrong? Or are they intentionally supposed to be lazy?
