Does anyone know a program for minecraft that allows you to change the biome of an already existing map? I don't care if it's internal or external. I don't care if it is adf.ly. I just need to change the biome of skyblock. Don't say that there's a .dat file that I can use because I know of it. It doesn't open on my computer. Also, +1 for anyone who can give me a decent one.

Sadly, netbooks do not have the same power as desktops or laptops. Your best bet is to wait it out till February.

Netbooks are laggy. I'm typing from one now. I can't even play terraria! It's lightning quick on my desktop but the fact is. Netbooks are slow. Sorry to dis-appoint you.

Run java from the command line (windows + r, enter "cmd"), this might display error messages that you aren't currently seeing. The command should look something like.

    java -jar "<path/to/minecraft.exe>"

Where <path/to/minecraft.exe> is actually the path to minecraft.exe. So if it were say on the Desktop of user John it may look like this.

    java -jar "C:\users\John\Desktop\Minecraft.exe"

Nope! Java doesn't work at all. The command crashed as soon as I opened it.How do I do a system restore? That's all I want to know.

this might sound old and redundant but did you restart the computer after the java update?

That was the first thing I did after the ten minutes. I was hoping that a restart would fix it.It says:

lib/deploy.jar Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No updates done since file contents do not match.

I'm not sure if this is in the right section but here goes. I have a desktop computer running windows xp. When I booted up my computer today a java update installed itself. As usual I went to start up minecraft but it didn't start straight away. I though that was normal because that normally happens to me. My computer had been on for 10 minutes and I tried again but all that happened was me getting a thinking arrow for a split second but it didn't start up. I think it's something to do with the java update but I need help solving it. Also does anyone know how to go back in time on the computer? As in before the update?

What's the fun in having a lever if you never pull it?

I realized that 3 days AFTER I posted it. I also realise that the lever is pointless.
