Notch said these were ambient sounds. They're more like screamers.
After hearing the zombies' new, demonic, unpleasant voices, I went into a cave, and I was still a bit stirred from fighting... and then came the cave sound. I've never felt so cold before in my life.
I put most of my stats into Lockpicking and Pistols, even though I personally like running up close to mutants and shooting their tiny heads off with my lovely shotgun.
Going into the other vaults was kind of scary for me because of the hallucinations that started to happen. I seem to be frightened of those a lot in games, where you couldn't tell what you were fighting or if you were actually fighting anything.
I haven't played that much through it, but, so far, I love it.
He hasn't changed a bit from the last time I met him (perstering me for op status on Iguana's Machinima server (Iguana's server again? What a coincidence!) and making 'crying' noises in text form).
why not have it so you can upload armor like you can with your custom mod
I love that idea. My skin has a hat, and I'd love to have to craft a helmet for the hat to appear, and the same goes for the rest of my clothing... although that means that I'd be starting the game off naked.
Oh, Super Mario Galaxy. I completely agree with that one.
The fact that the camera was zoomed so far out all of the time didn't make me feel I was in space, it made me feel I was just playing a regular game.
"Spin to win" was my motto, because you used the spin attack constantly to defeat enemies, activate all sorts of contraptions, jump farther... There was very little variety in the gameplay because it focused so much on this one ability.
It was also far too easy. After beating it with Mario, the game threw the controller back at me yelling "DO IT AGAIN WITH LUIGI!" I didn't find the game at all harder with him.
After I beat the game, all the game magazines were still going crazy about it. Though the gameplay was 'meh', the soundtrack was quite good (EXCEPT FOR THE TOAD THEME).
Notch could make it so that the map doesn't request any more chunks unless you're moving below a certain speed. Being attacked by a monster makes you go a little bit faster than when walking, so maybe the bar could be raised to around that speed, so that unrealisticly fast speeds are ignored.
I love all of your ideas. All my previous ideas have already been suggested, but the more we get, the more combinations there will be (combining terrain, theme, height)!

That is THE PERFECT NOISE
But, yeah, female voices will inevitably come in time, surely.
