Checking on people regularly is necessary. Stalking people is something I don't agree with. All you need to do is just /tp to someone every few minutes to ensure that they're either building or something. If they were running, I would keep that person in mind just in case they're running somewhere to grief, but most of the time that's not what they're doing.
Some servers are horrible with the aspect of trust because they can get too paranoid for their own good and won't ever stop stalking you like a snake. When I'm dissatisfied, I usually just point out what I don't like about what they're doing and leave.

I went to take another screenshot but the brightness is now gone and is back to normal! I don't know what happened, but it just seemed to fix itself over time. I don't think I did anything! o.o
Well, my problem now seems to be solved. Maybe someone else will get this as well sometime, but it didn't seem to happen with anyone else at the time (when I asked them to see if the same brightness issue occured with them).
Well, I joined a server as normal and it had suddenly became a lot brighter as soon as it started loading. I tried things like restarting Firefox and clearing my minecraft.net cookies but they didn't fix anything. Note that it does this in single player as well.
I've always known what I was doing when creating skins... All I need is Paint and the skin uploader to check if what I'm doing is right. I literally upload the skin about fifty times for each skin I make to thouroughly analyze each change I make. It's the best preview you can get.
In fact, uploading the skin-in-progress to the "Preferences" tab on the MC website is more or less a 3D preview of your skin anyway. Unless you're making skins on an unpaid account. Then you're in trouble.
You could replace part of the ceiling with glass or leaves to get light in, but I see what you mean. Plants can't grow in the dark, though. Plastic plants?
When I joined Minecraft, swastikas were funny for about two seconds, but it's odd that people are still doing this and finding entertainment out of it. Don't things like this get old? Well, anyway, I don't really care about these that much, but I care more about the fact that people find them funny, plastering them everywhere, because it's hardly funny in the least. :/

I like the music, but it definitely needs improving in some areas, which is likely to already be in the works.
