I'll invite you right now! It's mainly survival so if you want to build thats fine as long as your abiding by the rules! Don't build anything that the rest of the server wouldn't like!
I've started a MC Realm, we initially had 3 players but both computers broke so now its down to me. I am server admin. It is basically a vanilla server for mature? players. No griefing of houses or stealing. You can keep anything you gain by finding out in the wild or killing (If it's not in the players house its fair game).
I have a small established community center with a Mine, Guest/Starting house, Farm and a Villager Market. Other than that you are free to explore the world and interact with anyone else who joins. No killing is allowed in the community zone like I said above and no destroying/looting of one anthers homes. PVP however in the outside world is 100% allowed.
I have continued to make progress to the community area and add new sections every now and then, I also listen to server members suggestions and may be looking for one or two more mods to look over it.

We may or may not stream/upload to Youtube or Twitch depending on if you want to also, and there are no preset times when you have to be on, unless of course you guys want to make a certain time for everyone to get on and play?
