    This, Vyktar, is by far the best idead I have seen in Minecraft`s history. It`s absolutly brilliant.
    This would add a little more deapth and diversion to combat, witch again is badly needed. And allso make an toggable option for the fanboys, so they dont cry to much about it.
    And I bet if the all mighty Jeb had come up with this idea, fanboys would have worshipped the ground he walks eaven more than they do.

    Greate pack. Really like it.
    Only one thing bugging me somewhat... It`s to dark underground. I play on moody, and will continue to do so, but I just want to bump the brigtness up a tad. Can someone tell witch of the lightmap.png I need to tweak for underground lights?

    Mojang cant have done any testing at this rushed snapshot at all. They would have found most of the major bugs if they just started the game and "tested" it for 15 min.

    ---> Light bug: They would have seen it instantly. Just look at the water....
    ---> No cave opening on the surface: Not hard to detect, took me a few min to see that something was not right.
    ---> Birch trees gone: I spawned in a forest, instantly notised it.

    Yes, snapshot are released for us to find the bugs so that they can release a 1.2 bugfree version. But seriously, I am expecting mojang to atleast test the new stuff before making it public, and they have not tested this at all. If you say otherwise: pull your head out off Jeb ass so you can see clearly. Obviosly 90% of you here have so much **** in your eyes that you cant see at all.

    Hmm...
    Would be nice if they tryed to fix the game before adding all this new stuff, allthough it`s been a long wait for the sky rise....Zombie siege, meh, care less. I kill the villagers myselfe, and dont need help with that....
    The only really nice thing about the snapshot is that ravines are gone :-) I hope they stay that way, or atleast the ravine spawn are redused by 75%. The are just everywhere...
    What about the terrible mob behavior in multiplayer? Why is that still an issue? Cant be to hard fixing that I imagine.

    It is just the deafault .jar, nothing fancy :smile.gif: I`ll try to redownload the jar and replace it. I`ll be back with the result tomorrow.

    Do you mean on my rig, or my kids computers? I just updated my java two days ago. And why must I update the java when it worked so well just a few hours ago?
    Can it be anything with the router at the other house? Do we need to portforward there as well, or is that just important for the host computers router?

    Did you read what I wrote at all? I made a server and it worked with no problem here at my house. My kids joined with the laptops with no problem and we had a good time minecrafting..
    But when they got to moms house they could not connect anymore, having the error I just typed above....

    Hey ya`ll...

    So I made a server so my kids and me can minecraft together, and everything went smoothly here at my house. Ports are forwarded, everything is swell. I can allso mention that I run the latest snapshot. (With the jungle`n stuff).
    But when the kids got back to moms house, they cant connect anymore. They get this: error classjava.lang.illegal ArgumentException.
    Anyone know whats wrong with that?
    And allso since I am here asking about smp: What the heck is wrong with all the mobs? The hitboxes are all over the place, and the mobs have this wierd "laggy" behavior. (The srver is not laggy) We allso set a zombie spawner trap, that sort of work, but with mobs teleporting out and around the drop point, again the laggy behavior. Is this how minecraft smp is? Just made me wonder what is so messed up minecraft smp, that this issue is still a issue.
    If anyone can explain to me why this happens, so I know why and dont get a rage heart attack when a creeper that I have no problem with in sp, blow me up for the 10th fricking time....

    I`ve been watching some youtbers doing some of these maps, and it made me want to have at it as well because they look so much fun. I`m on the latest snap shot, so I`m wondering if all the maps are working with the latest minecraft version?
    If not, witch map does work? I know about spellbound caves, but i wanted to start from the first map and work my way through all of them...

    EDIT: Well, they do work since Vechs made the maps around vanilla minecraft. But now with healt regen, hunger, potions, enchanting and all the new stuff, I`m not sure the maps are set up for that.....What say you, guys?

    Can someone please link me to the customizer thread? (If there is one) I cant make it work.
    When I download the customizer, I get a "File", open it in firefox, and a page with some info about option to the right appears. There are no option on the right side, and I cant do nothing with the customizer.
    I desperatly need some pointers here.

    Hey minecrafters.
    So I started a new world again, this time for 1.9. Made me base and stuff. There is so little animals around and I have problems with food. I build my base close to a river, so I can fish, but thats boring in the long run.
    So I build a wheat farm, and want to pimp it with pistons. Then my problems starts for real. I can not find slimes. So I cant make sticky pistons.
    I used "slimefinder" and found two chunks side by side where slimefinder told me they will spawn. Dug it all out at bedrock 16 X 32 X 5. No slimes spawn. Many ingame days have past, but no luck. This "Farm" is quite a distanse from my base, at the bottom of a ravine that went all the way to bedrock. I have allso explored and lit up close by caves.
    Did something change in 1.9? Why wont they spawn? Is my farm to far away? Is it to deep? And are ravines suppose to be very common? I find them all over the place....
