I have a problem,

i have logged onto the server, but I have no admin privileges so I cant actually do anything but look around.
Do I have to be there when an op is there so they can make it so i can build? or can they do it remotely?

Oh and it is a very nice city/town on the server btw.

I'd get a better G{PU, like maybe an ATI Radeon HD 5770, 5850 or a 5870 if you have the money.

I'd also get a quicker hard drive. You dont want to run an operating system on a slow hard drive, or that will just slow your pc right down. id suggest getting a quicker (but smaller and generally more expensive) hdd for your OS, and then a big cheap one to store all your files.

Why should we accept you into TTS? Because I'm a pretty friendly guy and I have had previous experience with gaming communities (i.e. the Ninjas III community (an app for the iPhone by Playmesh). There were heaps of clans and we organized tourneys and various events on the Playmesh forums (but Playmesh shut down their servers after being hacked several times and the community disbanded, but i still keep in touch with them on palringo)) and I can come up with some nifty ideas and solutions. Also, i play almost everyday (if I'm not playing StarCraft II).

if your able to burn them ad then their items fall down a water conveyor

im pretty sure you can make flat water conveyors. i saw this guy on youtube do it

and i thought the one i planted and grew like 8 blocks in 1 night was huge!

build a fence around your property, and place torches at a set distance from each other (i dunno, maybe every 5-7 blocks apart).
that way, nothing from outside can really get in, and your place should be adequately lit.
