I want this Staff Postion for many reasons. I have a'lot of experience with this rank, I have been Staff-Manager twice and Server-Manager once. I enjoyed these postions and felt I was useful and making a difference when in these two ranks. I am also ok with administrator what ever fits me best. I can moderate chat, assist players, and make a difference. I want a server I think that has potential but also needs help in managing staff players etc...
How Can You Help? >
Since I can be one of the most active players in HecticPrison I can ensure that everything in Hectic is in great shape at all times. I'll try my best to prevent people from breaking rules and such like killing in places un guarded or not allowed. Or tell people not to disturb staff's when they are busy or telling people not to flood the chat and such. The most important one ---> I will continue to assist on people on any problems they encounter! Lastly, Be more active: One of the point I think i lack is inactiveness(afking). And i will improve on that. So to make sure at any given time someone can ask me for anything they need.
Do you agree that if you lie you will be rejected? > Yes, Every staff member needs the to have a trait of Honesty.
Anything Else? > No, Hope you accepted me! (Preferably Admin but Manager is fine also)

Any Extra Qualifications: I have owned 3 servers. FlyerMC,FreedomFactions, and HecticPrison. I have experience with a role similar to this one which is Staff Manager. Were you are in charge of hiring declining and keeping the staff under control while telling them jobs to do.
Why do you think your worthy to be in our team?
I believe as a Moderator or Super Viser i can make the server a peaceful place for every players to stay and I will try my best to guide new players and also carry the name of [Mod] or [Superviser] i will take my job seriously and assist the higher-ups. I can use /tp this command to tp to the victim or new players to guide and help them too.
Why would you be better than other people applying?
I think I would be better then most as I have experience. With this I know how to handle people respectfully and politely. I am hard-working and hate slackers and people who are aren't respectful. When playing I'm a loving player and take pride into my job. Most people just want staff because they think it's cool or because of the perks of their powers.
Scenario one: A hacker is flying around. What do you do?
I will "investigate" and find out if the player is lagging, a donor, or actually hacking. In this case say the person is flying and has no excuse. I will confront them and ask to screen-share if forced(Don't do often). If they refuse to admit or cooperate I will be forced to permanently ban them, or in some cases temp-ban for 2 weeks.
Scenario Two: Someone is clinically spamming the chat. What would You Do?
I this case I will first ask them to stop the spamming and or find out why they are spamming. If they have a problem and it's the reason to the spam I will ask them and figure out more. If they are spamming for no reason or refuse to work with me I will mute for 5-10 minutes depending on the situation.
Scenario 3: Someone is racially profiling and/or discriminating. What Would You Do? I would first like I said for the other situations I would ask to stop and find out about the racial slurs. I would sort it out between the two, If he/she continues I will be forced to mute from 10-20 minutes. This is a longer period of time as discrimination is more serious then spam.
ARE YOU GOOD AT DOING ONE OF THE ROLES Ex. Helper, Builder, Mod, Supervisor? Moderator and Staff Supervisor are my strengths.

What can you bring to the team?: Being a Game Master, I would be presented with an additional set of tools and commands that would greatly enhance my efficiency in assisting the community in the server. I would be able to enforce rules quicker, assist those that require help, and of course take some of the load off my fellow staffs. With the moderator rank, I can hope to aspire to thrive the community to become a loving and caring community <3.
