I have not had any staff jobs in the past, but have researched basic moderator commands and have helped out many people privately on other server with there questions. Sadly no job positions.
Why are you better than others:
I think I am better than others because I amy usually more the compenent person in a group. I stick to what needs to be done and follow the rules accordingly. Most of the time I will be strict with people, yet let loose sometimes to help people feel more comfortable on the server

I am a neight or nine, just because I am usually very strict when I am put in leadership positions.
What do you say when your friends asks for staff?:
I would warn him and give him a temporary mute, just so I may call him up and tell him about the rules of the server and talk to him about the various penalties there are.
What do you do when someone hacks but is a donor?:
Nonetheless, the person should not be hacking so I would give a temporary 18 hour ban, just to show a little mercy for donating. Before all this I will gather evidence of him hacking.
What do you do when a staff member is abusing their power?:
I, as before, will gat.her evidence of the abusing of power firs before making any choices. Then I would message the staff saying what you have been accused of and if he does not comply or retaliates I will get a person of higher rank than I am aware of this staff member abusing his power.

Being honest I am around a eight or a nine, just because it is not in my personality to play around a lot, but on occasions I do have fun.
Experience:
I do not have much experience, yet I have helped out many times on different servers. Sometimes if the staff is not on an someone has a question I usually would be there to answer it, just because I usually play at night. I do know how to handle everyone questions effectively and professionally, but still it is a downside that this would be my first time being a helper. I do know the basics of what a helper should do and act like.
Why do you think you should be helper?:
I think I should be helper because I have wanted to try and become a part of a minecraft community and help other people. The reason why I think I should be a helper is because I would be very helpful to almost anyone. In relation I have helped out people in he past with answering questions, suggesting ideas, and even showing them around. I have never been helper more or less and I think I have got what it takes, to start out. I know how to deal with rule-breakers, help people, and encourage them, so I would like to apply for Helper at your server. That being said, I do hope that I become a part of your server, but if not I wish you the best of luck, against all the other Minecraft Servers out there.
I can bring many things to the server that you have here. To take with me I will bring new and exciting ideas that may help to contribute the server to make it better. Along with that I will be a friendly and nice person to anyone who needs help. I will also bring with me, the ability to be friendly and open to all people who need reassurance with the rules or just a good welcome.

I am very professional in almost everything I do, and will be adequate in times of quite distress. Furthermore, I am dependable and can carry heavy responsibilities if necessary. Nevertheless, I will do what is to be done, if any rule-breaking or bad talk going on I will take action, since it is not acceptable to do such things.
What is special about you?[/b]
What is special about me is my ability to take any stressful matter and put it into a positive light. In doing so I can help out people to make them feel more comfortable at the server in case there are feeling that they are in a tight spot or dealing with problems in general.

I can give advice on almost any topic there is and shine a positive light on all sad matters. If it is acceptable, I like to joke around with people sometimes, just to get a good laugh out of everyone and put a smile on everyone's face.
I sincerely like this server because of its uniqueness and for being family friendly exclusive. I do hope it continues on, so keep doing what you are doing!
