Overall I like these new textures. Glowstone is pretty, most of the ore blocks are great (Diamond and Gold for examples of the best) and the melon block looks how I think it should have to begin with. Some are not so good however. One example being the Emerald block. It's light source is different from the Diamond and Gold which is inconsistent and I feel all of them should have the same light source. Another being the Polished Diorite. It's outlining looks ok from far away when you're not close to see more than 1 side of the block but from close up, it comes off looking strange. It's like you took some of the border of the Polished Andesite and placed it on the Polished Diorite (and actually, putting them side by side....maybe you did).
A few more being:
-The Note Block texture is a little too noisy.
-I find the yellow and brown in the Netherrack off, doesn't really belong. Maybe I'm misremembering but I don't remember the block before having these colors.
-The Fire Charge honestly looks worse compared to the older texture.
Like I said, Overall, I'm loving these new textures. Simply some look bad or off.

Alright, I'll look into the optifine method. Thanks for pointing me onto the right track, Alvoria.

Thanks, csb987, that fixed it.
But now I found one last problem. When broken, the gear displays the texture "gear" that I made for the particle but it's in red. Look through all the redstone models and there's no tintindex left to remove or overlay.
Redstone dot
Redstone up

Trying to get rid of the redstone overlay for all redstone that's laid down but I'm having problems with that.
I seem to have successfully edited the overlay out of the redstone_dot and redstone_up models but the side and side_alt models are giving me trouble.

Side_Alt
What'd I do wrong or need to do?
(Also, hopefully this is the correct place for this thread)

I've looked for such a feature in this for about half an hour to try and make sure I didn't miss it and it doesn't look like I did so...
Basically, it'd be cool if there was a toggle to not use Grass.png for the grass color and any other block that uses said colormap and instead draw the color from the block itself, like what Xaeros Minimap can be set to do. It'd be useful for resource packs that have selected grass biome colors as white (and not have to change them and therefore alter the color the resource packs are going for). Like, for example, a Minecraft Alpha resource pack I use. If I edit the grass.png colormap so that the grass and other associated blocks show up in color on the map, the blocks won't be the desired color outside of the map as a result.

Oh....well then...
Thanks!

I have custom skies turned on yet have the same problem.

Yup, it's fixed now, no errors. Thanks!

I'm getting the same error with it saying it errored on DynamicLights_entityClasses and DynamicLights_onFire.

Yes, it's because the program isn't up to date. No, there's no additional files for you to download to make Schematic2Blueprint read the newer blocks. The program in-and-of itself needs updated and no one has "taken the torch" from Klaue to keep it up to date.

As a retro gamer at heart, I love what you did with this resource pack. My favorite is the colored version. Takes me back to the Game Boy Color days.
Great job!
