6 paths isn't in the game yet but, when it is you must become the jinchuriki of the 10 tails. If you watched the war arc of naruto shippuden you should know how that works but i'll explain in case you don't. To summon the 10 tails you must have the rinnegan (sharingan and wood release at level 1000 (not in yet)) to summon the gedo statue. Once you summon it you have to find and kill all tailed beasts for their defeat items i'm assuming. Then once they're all gathered into the statue it should turn into the 10 tails and i'm guessing its the same as becoming a normal jinchuriki.
