Do you have any prior experience with your requested staff position?: I was a moderator a garry's mod server a few years ago, but I do not have any experience on Minecraft.
Have you ever been banned from a server before? If so, why?: I was previously banned on minecraft server a few years ago for an inappropriate skin but I fixed it.
How many hours per week do you think you will be able to commit to playing on the server?: I can give as many hours as needed as long as I am not at work, which is usually 3-11 EDT.
Why do you think that you are a good fit for your requested staff position?: I feel like becoming part of a team is special especially when you get to meet new people and create amazing projects. I know how to handle certain situations when it comes to being a moderator. I understand the importance of having a well maintained environment that is not full of inappropriate players.

What staff position are you applying for? (Admin / Mod) : I was looking for Administrator but Moderator will be just fine.

I have been Staff in many servers, mostly an Admin and here are some examples: HiplexOrigins(Started off from Admin and made my way up to Manager and then Co-Owner) - Plunderseas(I got accepted for being a ChatMod, the server closed because they now have another one, so I quit.) - NordicCraft(I am a Helper in this server, it is not up yet, that's why I didn't get promoted) - RedGorilla Factions Server( I have been a Moderator in this server, it was released for a bit but it then turned out to have no players, staff members not doing anything so I quit)

Why do you think that you are a good fit for your requested staff position? The main reason I want to be staff is, I want to help the server by creating more positive playing experience, support the community, make sure people follow the rules and are respectful, suggest new ideas, encourage people to keep trying, invite more people to play on the server, persevere to make people enjoy and appreciate the server. The main reason why I want to be staff is because I want to use my skills and work hard to make a server enjoyable for all ages and improve their playing experience.
However I am also respectful and I don't use profane language and I don't get angry easily. Furthermore I have large amounts of experience at this position and I can be trusted. Helping hand to other Staff-Members to take the stress off their hand and let it overflow on mine. I can treat everyone with respect and provide assistance to others. I can help catch hackers and use all my capabilities to effectively distribute just punishments. I would be a better choice then someone else because I am hard working, stay on task, accomplish tasks in professional manner, support others, cooperate well with players and other staff.
I would not abuse my powers or try to ruin the server.
I will contribute to the server also by monitoring lower staff, make sure others are always on task, be there for those who need help, be an active participant in discussions/issues concerning the server, and I will relentlessly work hard to achieve server demands and goals. Finally, being staff is a privilege not a necessity.
I would be greatly honored if I was selected to be a part of this wonderful team of unique individuals. ParadoxMC is a nice community, and it should stay positive and we all should make players enjoyable,Hope I can do my best to help server/community be better,clear server from hackers/breaker of rules any kind of them.
I would focus on maintaining the peace, assisting players in making their ideas reality, and keeping everyone active and entertained. I hate seeing people complain about being bored, and that's easily fixable by conversing with them or suggesting a new idea. I would keep the peace by reminding people of the rules before any situation became too big of a deal, and caring for everyone involved.

Do you have any prior experience with your requested staff position? Yes. I have been a moderator about 3 times currently, my first job as a moderator lasted 2 years and I am proud of that. I have experience with many positions as well.
Have you ever been banned from a server before? If so, why? No, I haven't. I guess you can call me a goodie goodie?
How many hours per week do you think you will be able to commit to playing on the server? Seeing how I have exams coming up, it will most likely be less than what it will be in the Summer. If I had to estimate, it would probably be 8-9 hours TOTAL per week due to school, but after May I'd say it's around 9-10 hours a day. I have a lot of free time.
Why do you think that you are a good fit for your requested staff position? I want to be a mod because I thoroughly enjoy working with people and helping others. I tend to think of myself as a people-person, although you can figure that out for yourself. I am responsible, and understand the responsibilities of being a moderator. I can work easily in tight situations, rarely get mad (and when I do, I try my best to not show it), I also work really well with all types of people. I see potential in servers, and I definitely see potential in this one because it sounds very fun, I'm quite excited! So, with that being said, I hope you consider me for this position. Do you have any prior experience with your requested staff position? : Considering that i have owned my own servers in the past i believe that i have a very vast knowledge on this position, and if ever needed i could play other roles to help out the server.
Have you ever been banned from a server before? If so, why?: The only server i believe to have been banned from an old server i used to be banned on because of toxic staff members that i refused to listen to.
How many hours per week do you think you will be able to commit to playing on the server?: In a week i believe i could commit around 5 or more hours considering that i have school but i do spend a lot of time online so i should be able to put a lot of time in. I also have skype and discord downloaded on my phone so if ever needed i could hop on if i am around a computer
Why do you think that you are a good fit for your requested staff position?: I believe that i am a good fit for this position because minecraft is a game that i love to play, and being able to help people while having fun suits me well and would be very beneficial towards the server. I will strive to be a staff member that players don't have to worry about being toxic or any of the other worries that most players have regarding staff. I also believe that staff members should be very respectful of the server and players because after players make their decision on content and how things look they look at the staff members before making the decision if they want to stay on the server or not. I will strive to be someone that players will have no problem going to and i will strive to make players want to stay on the server.
