No, the item was there, I checked. The comparator was sitting next to the hoppers like a normal hopper clock, it just wasn't detecting that the hopper had an item.

I found a map breaking bug in the Adventure branch.

The greenhouse puzzle did not work at first on my playthrough, neither entering and exiting the branch or reinstalling the map fixed it. None of the buttons activated anything. After some examination of the redstone, I found that the comparator placed by the proximity detector was not detecting the item moving in the hopper clock so none of the needed commands were activating.

As I reinstalled the map, this seems to be a problem specific to me. However I had all the recommendations except the 4g of ram, I had only 2g, and I used a render distance of 12. It seems to be some kind of chunkloading or block update issue.

It does not seem to be happening to many if any players, but I'm just notifying you that this happened.

Hehe, the launcher log shows what is behind the squiggly indecipherable text.

Great map as usual Versepelles. Took me about 2 hours after all.

    Some quick feedback:

    • The minecart sounds made the rides an unpleasant experience, I don't think there is a way to fix this without turning down other nicer sounds though. The trips also felt a bit long.
    • Getting multiples of each key was slightly annoying, but not really a problem at all.
    • When the first key spawned a guardian, I had no way of killing it and it despawned. I held on to the other keys when I got them until I found the sword. Killing them after that was a little too easy. Perhaps give the player a weaker weapon to kill the first one with? Spawning multiples would also make it more challenging.
    • The teleport book does not appear to work, clicking on its links resulted in "(Trigger Name) not enabled" messages.
    • All the puzzles were great, only problem I had was with the FOV change on the ice puzzle.
    • The boss fight felt a bit easy, much easier than the Crystal Tower boss. I only got damaged from the "suffocation" affect of being round the guardian. The visual effects of his attacks were great, but none of them seemed to damage me (I could just be good at avoiding them). His ice move was amazing, it looked great and I could see the potential for it to hurt me if I stood still.

Does the drying rack require special conditions to work? I'm fairly sure it is not supposed to take this long.

Do BoP biomes generate in a Default World type, or only in the BoP one? The biomes are enabled in config but I cannot find any sign that they are generating.

Took the map apart to see how it worked.

Found out what I was doing wrong with the emerald, I had wondered if it had a purpose (or if the cake was a lie :P ). One suggestion, the 'kitchen' is not very clear since there is food and ovens all over the castle.

I liked the was you hid the workings of the ending scene, perfect place. Although I swear I stopped all the redstone, the song just kept playing!

Finally managed to find time to complete this map! It was everything I expected and more.

I don't know why, but the final boss really scared me. It shouldn't be possible for it to move that fast!

The puzzles were challenging but not impossible. Found 3/4 beacon keys (not the one in the strongroom).

The characters were memorable (especially Drum) and often likable (probably not Drum :P ), the books really helped get a feel for both the puzzles and the lore itself.

The ending sequence was amazing and I enjoyed the song, but unfortunately it started to lag out after several minutes. Is that just me or is this a problem for more people?

Overall it was an amazing map! 10/10!
