Finally back at home and working on my (real) Pantheon again, the exterior needs a few touch-ups and other than that it's time to crack down on what will be (unfortunately) a massive interior(s). Here are some samples:
Of course, the engine's perspective makes it appear bit stretched, but trust me - I have taken great care to honor the actual building's various proportions and details as much as possible, given the limitations. (Although it's built "twice" to scale, if you consider a block to be one cubic meter.)
But at any rate, it's still a work-in-progress. And I'll be really glad when I can finally consider it done, that's for sure.
Well I think it looks great. I haven't had much chance to explore the world you guys are creating yet but the harbor looks fantastic and I love the idea of building watercraft. Maybe even modern creations like submarines or carriers? Or underwater areas built on a glass dome/sphere concept? Minus the Gungans, of course.
Unfortunately I'm house-sitting this week and computer access is troublesome at best, but I can't wait to explore more next week!
Yep, that was another problem...I'd have to dig down to around 30 blocks below sea level. I used an editor to achieve the current build but I'd be willing to manually crack down on some terraforming.
Heya guys, Lathandus here...I was told to submit some screenies of my creation for the opportunity to be promoted. So here's my little Pantheon temple from Rome:
This was a (relatively) quick build, but I have a much larger version, 94 high, that I would love to place in Aerios, though I'm still working on the interior. Unfortunately, the foundation's footprint is approximately 23K blocks. >_>
