Is it the same for waypoints? It might because of a bug on their end where you don't get updated compass coordinates when switching worlds.
EDIT: Are you sure you're on 1.5.7, btw?
the waypoints change to the correct set when i switch between servers. when opening the map, i can see the correct waypoints at the correct locations on the wrong worldmap
I fixed a bug, so multiworld detection actually works now. It was using the wrong folder before. Read the "Your world map has "reset" for a specific server?" section in the mod description: link
The fix should work but it's a bit different for you because your currently used multiworld isn't the newest one. You can look at the dates of region files to figure out which one is currently used though. Make sure you make backups, of course. I'm currently working on a better multiworld system, which will save you from renaming folders. It is what it is until then :S
thanks, the data is back but i have another problem now
theres a really strange phenomenon going on
for example, i log in to survival1 in a bungeecord network. the map reads and writes correctly
however if i do /server survival2 it does not switch the world map. instead, it continues writing data to what is supposed to be survival1's world map.
when i log out of the bungeecord entirely and log back in to survival2 though, it reads and writes to the correct world map.
but then when i go back to survival1, i have to relog or else it will do a similar thing to what i just described
EDIT:
this also seems to be happening when i go between worlds while staying on the same server
I recently updated this mod from 1.5.5 to 1.5.7. But now, the mod is reading from much older map data. I can't figure out which files the worldmap is reading from - I could only find that it was still reading from the same folder as before, which was %appdata%\.minecraft\XaeroWorldMap\Multiplayer_(serverip)_null\
(I play on a survival server that contains multiple separate servers and worlds)
If updating the drivers made it worse then it seems even more like a driver issue. You probably need to find a version that works. I'll test the data but I doubt I'll get the same results.
EDIT: Yep, I'm not getting any issues from your map data. Can you give me your coordinates on the server? You can private message me if you want.
it crashes when i drag to 9900, 8800/8900
edit: figured out that your minimap mod was causing problems so i downgraded from 1.16.8.1 to 1.16.7 and that seems to fix the crashes
something mustve changed in 1.16.8.1 for the minimap to crash the worldmap
if i encounter more issues ill either pm you or add another reply here
MCreator mods are pretty obvious if you look in the code so I doubt he would actually have made any of it using it especially after directly sending it to me to look at xD
also good job lapisz, I see you are still learning and trying to improve but I suggest u don't spam a message for admins at the top of the post.
Sounds like either a failure within the laptop (eg broken fan) or the laptop is merely poorly designed. Intel Power boost deactivating is not "thermal throttling"- that would be when the CPU speed drops below the rated speed when the temperature gets too high. If the system is running as hot as you say then it is not a big surprise that it never activates, since it seems to be beyond any temperature range where Power Boost would be activated. Whether this is a failure of the laptop (aforementioned fans, perhaps dust build up, etc) or a design failure (the laptop was nver actually designed to allow adequate cooling for Power Boost to ever take place) is another question, mind you.
my fan is completely fine and last time i checked there wasnt dust in my laptop (a couple months ago)
and also in intel extreme tuning utility it even says "thermal throttling - (some percentage)%"
maybe my laptop was never designed to allow adequate cooling... and that is why you dont buy $600 "home everyday" laptops for gaming and video rendering!!!!!
btw someone told me acer laptops were bad. i shouldve listened
my laptop NEVER goes below 55c. under load it seems to be at 85-90c, and when im monitoring thermal throttling with intel extreme tuning utility it doesnt seem to start until it goes to 90c
ive only seen my laptop go down to 800mhz once
also why is intel making only u and hq series for laptops now? theyre both soldered too
DONT SAY ACER SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! AND DONT SAY I SHOULD SWITCH TO A DESKTOP!!!!!
Before I talk about the problem, I'm going to tell you about the "Intel Core i5-4200U" processor. It has a base clock of of 1.6GHz (doesn't really matter because i5s, i7s, and xeons have turbo boost). When only one core is on turbo boost, it goes up to 2.6GHz, and when two cores are on turbo boost, it goes up to 2.3GHz. It is a 15W ULV processor, and the manufactoring process of it is 22nm. (Info found here.)
Make sure you read the text above or you might not understand my problem.
Recently, my CPU has been getting stuck at 1.8GHz, which has been slowing my programs down a lot. Don't say it's thermal throttling, because Core Temp says my cpu temperature is at ~60C in the image. (DONT SAY CORE TEMP IS A VIRUS I SAID "NO" TO ALL THE OPENCANDY STUFF)
If you read the text above, an Intel Core i5-4200U normally can go up to 2.3GHz. However, every-so-often, it gets "stuck" on 1.8GHz and it will not go higher than that. For me to fix that and make it go up to 2.3GHz, I have to open this program called "ThrottleStop" and then close it. That gets annoying after a few days, so does anyone know a "PERMANENT" or long-lasting fix?
You can diagnose the error by attempting to generate a new world and seeing if the crash still occurs. If it does, then that pretty much answers your question.
if i delete the world then i have to start my skyfactory lets play all over again

I uninstalled graphics drivers via device manager then installed latest version straight from intel's website
it feels more unstable now, dragging the map fast will crash java most of the time and occasionally even opening the map will crash
here's the map data for the multiplayer survival server that i play on:

for some reason java crashes when i open the worldmap in a specific area or if i drag to that area in the worldmap
its giving me an hs_err log instead of a normal minecraft crash log
playing multiplayer on forge 1.13.2 191 with:
EquipmentTooltips-1.13.2-1.1.1+2.jar
Hwyla-1.10.2-B58_1.13.2
jei-1.13.2-5.0.0.20
Xaeros_Minimap_1.16.8.1_Forge_1.13
XaerosWorldMap_1.3.4_Forge_1.13
on
macbook air early 2015
windows 10 1809 - bootcamp drivers for macbook air 7,2 (which is the correct one for the macbook im playing on)
i5-5250U (integrated graphics)
8gb ddr3-1600
java 8 version 211
i can also send you stuff in the config/XaeroWorldMap folder in private message if you need
hs_err_pid12436.log:
2019-05-12-6.log (snipped a bunch because forge loves spamming my log with opengl errors for some reason):
...
...
...
the log just ends there, makes it look like the java process was terminated all of a sudden

2.2-r2 released, also someone tell me if you are allowed to use adfly links for the download link to your mod
EDIT: if you are allowed to use, not if you can use

well i guess you cant really "fix it"
now i understand one reason why broadwell processors are faster than haswell processors
