I wanted to take a moment to tell you how good of a job you have done and are doing.
I really appreciate how you have made integrated redstone in such a way that it does not take up that many block ids. Instead you gave your circuits sub-block ids. You must be very smart to have done this, many other mods should take a lesson from you. Having fewer block ids makes it possible to have many of my other favorite mods along with yours.
This is the only mod that I believe should be added into the vanilla game. It make so much sense, and you have done such a great job at keeping it in the same theme as the repeaters.
I have only just found your mod, and it has made many of my redstone machine so much smaller.
I think others will enjoy this mod also, so I updated the minecraft wiki to let people know where to find this mod

Jun 30, 2011My idea for a mod is a simple mod that allows for two texture packs to be used at the same time.Posted in: Requests / Ideas For Mods
Main objective: To make this mod without introducing new content (New blocks and items) It would allow for texturepacks to stack. Instead of having to make a texture for each and every block reorganize so that each pack can have as many blocks or as few block re-textured as the Authur wants. Then in game the you can select the packs you want and the one on top will have highest priority. The game will take as many textures from the first pack as it can then move to taking textures from the second. If there is a texture missing from both pack the vanilla texture is then used.
I would also like the ability for a player to chose which texture they prefer in-game perhaps a brush or something similar to painting. But then I hate when mods add in new blocks and items, only for them to break with the update.
More texture equal more fun.
Edit I just found my this old mod suggestion of mine. well after all these years this was actually put into the vanilla game in the form of resource packs. I was just ahead of my time. Only two guys ever posted and did so negatively. Well it can probably be deleted now. I think its a bit funny that I have so few post for as long as I have been around. Its not about the numbers it about the quality.
Apr 29, 2011Laige posted a message on Flan's Mod 5.5.2 Update : 1.12.2, 100s of new Skins! : Helicopters, Mechas, Planes, Vehicles, 3D Guns, Multiplayer, TDM, CTFI want to bring the following to the attention of the Mod owner. I believe your mod may be being distributed by people whom are not affiliated with you.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
In this video he shows the downloading of the multiple mods needed and this on in the same ZIP.
-Since there is not a link to such a file here I assume that the file was not set up by you.
I want to remind everyone to only download from the trusted sources. Those whom had made the mod will tell the correct place to download the mods.
Apr 29, 2011Hi Tyken I have been using your worlds for a while and they are great.Posted in: Maps
However with the release of weather it seems that your worlds get filled with snow. Is there something we can do to stop that?
Edit Sorry I did not relize someone else had posted this already.
Apr 27, 2011Oh man thx so much. I have terrible eyes and this helps a great deal.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Here is a to show me appreciation
Edit: I have updated the wiki so that others can easily find this Mod. The fact that it wasn't there is probably why it took so long for me to find you.
The Mod is listed under the subsections of Aesthetic and Functional
Edit 2: I'm hooked and wish to make a suggestion. Could you use some of your magic on the wools. I use them often and think it would be epic.
Mar 17, 2011Iron VS. Clay DrainsPosted in: Suggestions
What will be the difference if any between these two types of Drains? Other then materials used and the look of the blocks, I don't see much of a difference.
Wood and stone presureplates are very similar but not completely the same with functionality. The wooden plate can be activated by an item while the stone plate cannot.
Perhaps in a similar way these two drains could have a slight difference. Both allowing water (or Lava) to pass but only one drain would allow for items to fall threw.
*I was going to suggest having the difference be based on its reaction to redstone.
- One would shut off the water as a reaction
-- the other would stop allowing items to pass without stopping the water as a reaction.
I have thought it though and didnt like the idea as much.
So now what do you think? Should they have a difference other then just appearances?
Mar 17, 2011I think you misunderstood me. Firstly there was not a question mark therefore it was not a question at all. I intended to expand upon this idea further but failed to place my thoughts in words so I intended to edit it later. in regards the drains functionality. I can see how you could make that mistake though.Posted in: Suggestions
See my next upcoming post for more info as to what should have been posted there.
Mar 14, 2011I really would like a way to tell wireing apart.Posted in: Suggestions
Currently I have been using diff blocks that the wire is placed on to tell them apart. Example: wire on red wool, and wire on green wool. The ability to tell our wiring apart is extremely important for creating complex structures.
Sadly for me wool is flammable and I lost my most resent great machine in a fire.
I would like to see adding a dyed redstone wire into the game.
Mar 8, 2011I too would like more choices. This would be great.Posted in: Suggestions
Here is a link to a very customizable texture pack called Painterly. While it is not actually what you are asking for, you will be able pick from a selections of hundreds of blocks which then make up a custom a texture pack for you.
While this isnt what you want its the best I know of for right now. This is just to help you find more possibilities.
Feb 28, 2011I am wondering how a giant four legged creature would look climbing up (or down) hills. Would a creature like this need/require a certain flatness to the land for it to transverse?Posted in: Suggestions
Also What I would do with a giant tortoise is build a bout on its back to appear like a real bout when it is in the water; covering up as much of the creature as possible.
