When set to true
Passive Animals (a.k.a Farm Animals) respawn after some time like they did during pre-Beta 1.8.

I like the Spikes, but with Spikes being the only stuff that spawns there is kinda dull and an eyesore. I think a feasable way is to make trees spawn. Oh, and use 4 Packed Ice to make 4 Ice Bricks. Way better for building Igloos.

Go play your Skyrim. I don't want a Sandbox-style game to turn into a RPG-style game, and although it is very boring and aimless after you defeat the Ender Dragon, you could still make self-challenges like AntVenom currently does in his Survival Challenges.
