May 17, 2014Post history-Posted in: MCX360: Show Your Creation
17th May 2014
Have now added:
•Interior terminal garden
•Started seating for departing passengers
•Space for shops
•(A) Departure gate
The next update will bring:
•More finished shops
•More added seating
•Curved glass wall overlooking departing and arriving planes.
•*Behind the scenes work* and slight terminal improvements.
Sorry for the long wait, I've been quite busy!!

Ground floor (1 of 2 floors)
Currently unfinished existing terminal:
Garden opposite check-ins
Three Qantas 737-800s currently completed and at gates
Interior gate and boarding
Aerial view of terminal gates and aircraft
Refreshed customs and security checkpoint
Airline check-in and luggage drop off
Looking West through terminal
Since last time I have now;
•Started first floor
•Added airport service road
•Continued terminal entrance (1st floor)
I have realized, due to the scale of what I wish to build and complete, I (most likely) will utilize MCEDIT for the large flat areas (runways, floors ect.) No similar programs to my knowledge available for Xbox. I have managed to transfer via USB my entire existing airport region to my laptop which surprisingly worked, after installing Horizon.
I had the problem of building my airport on the very edge of the Xbox region - building right up against the region bounds with dreaded invisible barrier. When I last checked, Xbox regions were only 862x862, and so structure size was going to be an issue.
I may consider uploading the map for PC multiplayer sometime later.
Until I can be bothered transferring back to XBOX360, the region will be staying on PC.
Thanks for all the supportive comments in the description.
Facing LAGGGGG and graphics problems. Map might be a bit too big so far...
