    Checking back in for 1.9 support. I miss voxelmap. As an admin playing with F3 for coordinates is very inefficient when I have to tp around the world at a seconds notice to deal with user issues. Especially since 1.9 has so many glitches and bugs. People dying when using portals, safe teleports not actually being safe. Too many times people die and I have to ask where. Would be nice to have an admin version that shows the last death point of every player on the server. That would be sooo nice. Possible future feature?

    Reset out survival world to 1.9 and voxelmap doesn't work obviously. Been checking here almost every day. Never realized how much I've come to rely on it as an admin. I feel blind without it. :P

    Made a video for you to show that I have to tell voxelmap what world I'm in every time I change a world. It's really annoying and tedious for those with a lot of worlds.

    We have 7 different worlds in our multiverse. That's a lot of waypoints to start from scratch again. Having a flat file is a savior. Thank you! whew. Brilliant using the ip as the unique identifier.


    Yup, I didn't set the world name after first installing it. Didn't realize that it was important to do that even if you're playing in a single world. At the time I didn't need the multiverse stuff so I didn't set it. Here's an example of when the name was set. Can clearly see world:Survival is missing from all previous entries. Survival is the name I gave the world in voxelmap so it will be different for everyone.

    Saved the file, restarted minecraft, and voila everything is fixed. Giving the default world a name after initial install is extremely important. It should be mandatory in my opinion. Gotta do a better job of communicating that. Replaced all instances of world: with world:Survival. All better now!


    Is there a way to automatically detect the world name so that all of this can be automated instead? Manually selecting the world every time is a bit cumbersome. I'm all for being able to customize the world name with whatever you want but as an alias to the the real world name. I think that would be so much better if everything was handled automatically.

    My server recently created a new world and all of the waypoints from survival are now showing in the other world. Yes I've created the world in voxelmap and it's all black except what I've discovered so that part is working correctly.


    You definitely fixed the button 4 key bind issue. Works perfect! No more redoing the control keys each time I join the server. Thank you!

    Change any of those sliders and it wiped the map, turned screen black and I had to start over. It does say edit at own risk. :/

    Changing zoom level completely loses map data. Back to a black screen except the square I'm in. Markers are still present but I cannot tp to them because the area is now undiscovered. :( so yeah... DO NOT change your map zoom levels. They will get corrupted. :*(

    Using VoxelMap 1.5.17 on Minecraft 1.8

    I'd like to report a problem with VoxelMap Controls menu. When I set VoxelMap menu to Button 4 it resets to NONE every time I join a server. Looks like it also happens to Toggle Mobs key.


    This is the best map mod. Been using it a few days now on a survival server. Absolutely love it! Can't imagine playing minecraft now without it. Since I have OP on the server I can set waypoints and tp to any place I've set a waypoint at. Soooooo awesome.


    Please continue to develop this but not add cheats so that it's allowed on survival servers. I'm not a fan of being able to see cave systems though that's going a bit too far for survival servers. Maybe a gimped survival server edition would be nice because this mod is banned on a lot of strict survival servers. The server I play on is a bit more relaxed and allows this mod. Keep up the great work I love it, it's improved the time spent in minecraft dramatically. Thank you.
