Sooooo... you're just playing mini-games on servers, and all of a sudden you see someone doing something weird. Hackers are a huge obstacle for Minecraft Servers and their players. So, I thought I'd go make a tutorial on the Forums to show you what to do when you meet a member of the sneaky Minecraft Hacking Community.
Types of Hacks:
Kill Aura: Anyone that goes into a certain radius of a hacker will take damage from their sword, the amount of damage that is taken depends on what kind of sword the hacker is using.
Reach: As the most common type of hack, Reach is also the most frustrating. Reach hacks extend the hacker's radius at which he/she can hit you. This means they can be hitting you from outside of your hit radius, making it impossible for you to kill them.
Scaffold: Not the most common type of hack that hackers use, because it always gives them away. Scaffolding places blocks under the hackers feet, so he/she can build bridges to other people's islands in skywars and bedwars without the trouble of having to place them.
Criticals: All hits that the hacker gives will be critical hits, meaning you take more damage.
Fly: Exactly what it sounds like. Hackers can fly just like they do in creative mode using this hack. Sometimes, people can mistake people for using Fly Hacks, when they are actually walking on blocks that are out of the players render distance and haven't loaded in yet.
Dolphin: Hackers can swim in water and lava without holding space.
NoFall: If the hacker is falling, he/she will teleport back to where they fell from.
Velocity/NoKnockback: They are the same thing, just under different names. This hack increases the hacker's knockback resistance to 100%, making it impossible to knock them back.
I could see Bedwars and skywars happening actually. Skywars is an easy PvP game, the only reason it is so unpopular is the knockback fishing rods. Bedwars is almost the same, although the forges might cause lag problems (Too many items lying around can actually crash the game).
I noticed this recently: I SUCK at bedwars. I love it, but it's pretty hard and easy to get bored with. I decided to come up with some challenges; fun ways to play the game to make bedwars more interesting.
For those of you who don't know what Hypixel Bedwars is:
Each team has an island with a bed. While one team's bed still stands, they will respawn if killed. In other words, they must defend their bed by placing blocks around it or face having their bed destroyed and no longer respawning. Players can only break blocks that have been placed by a player, setting it apart pretty well from Skywars. Each team's island pumps up iron and gold in the forge. The middle island pumps up emeralds and diamonds. Players can use iron, gold, and emerald to buy weapons, armor, blocks, and utility; while they can use diamonds to buy upgrades to their island, weapons, and armor.
Solo Challenges:
Best of the Best Challenge: Get ALL upgrades MAXED from the "Solo Upgrades" guy (At one time, because "It's a trap" is not permanent). (This costs
Risky Challenge: You can only use 20 blocks to cover your bed. NOTE: You CAN NOT break blocks to get them back. You can only EVER place 20 blocks to cover your bed.
Beast Challenge: Get 15 kills in one game. Kills with Iron Golems and Silverfish don't count, but Hypixel still counts them as kills.
Team Challenges (3v3v3v3/4v4v4v4):
Imprisonment Challenge: You can't leave your team's island, so you are COMPLETELY dependent on your teammates. You ARE allowed to go on bridges, but you can't actually go on another island. You can't go OVER an island either, so you can't drop TNT or fireballs.
Rainbow Challenge: Get one block of each team's wool.
A challenge to go with your friend in Doubles:
Specialization Challenge: One player can only place blocks and buy things, while the other can only mine blocks and fight.

I think Nordic Mythology would be cool, but do you think it would look too mutch like Skyrim? Mashup-packs are tricky to get right, they have to be unrelated to any other mashup-pack, and 4j has to give credit if there is a copyright involved. Obviously, they wouldn't need that for Nordic Mythology, but it has to be something someone would buy.
Also, about your poll: mashup-packs ALWAYS include a skin pack.
You CAN put mods on the console, but the only way to do it legally is to prevent users from adding new stuff. This means that mods only play with the NBT tags with stuff that is already in the game.
They will stop generating the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U and PSVita eventually, but Xbox 360 has the best system of all by far (in terms of the way the console works, not framerate.
I have been looking into a certain mystery for a while now, trying to find out what happened to the Far Cry mashup pack for Minecraft console. A long time ago, before the Playstation 4 version of the game was released, 2 Mojang employees did an interview with the OXM (Offical Xbox Magazine) talking about what their plans for the game where. They included the screenshot attached. These are textures we don't have on console, so this is obviously a WIP. The OXM folded a while ago, but we still have a news story from neoseeker about this. It was said that 4j studios were working on a Far Cry 3 themed World, Texture Pack, Music and Skin pack, something which is obviously a mashup pack. However, we never got the Far Cry Mashup pack.
A month before the OXM interview, Skin Pack 5 was released. it included 3 Far Cry skins: Vaas Montenegro, Jason Brody and Sergeant Rex. This proves that 4j and Ubisoft(Far Cry developers) DID have a copyright agreement going; how far did this agreement go?
2 years later, in 2016, ibxtoycat made a video claiming to have solved the mystery.
This raises an interesting point, but there's a problem with this theory. Neoseeker definitely mentioned a Far Cry skin pack. There are no skin packs on PC. I started watching old youtube videos about the missing mashup pack:
I think I might have solved the mystery though. On September 3, 2014, The Mass Effect mashup pack was released. Mass Effect is a very strange choice for the first mashup pack, so could another idea have been thrown around? Mass Effect is a mutch bigger game than Far Cry and would be easier to make a mashup pack out of. What if the idea of a mashup pack started with Far Cry, but then it wavered to Mass Effect. They had already bought the royalties for Vaas, Jason, and Sergeant Rex, so they put the Skins in Skin Pack 5.
That is my theory for what happened to the Far Cry 3 Mashup pack. Please note I have not played Far Cry, but I really like Mass Effect. What do you think happened to the Far Cry Mashup pack?
I was able to win one Glide public game and was rewarded by medal Diversion I could not find any info about Glide medals. Can i use these medals as decorations in my survival world? lol
And the main question. Can we expect psn trophies in the future for winning Glide games?
Probably, yeah. 4j has made an extension pack for every mini game previously, so you can count on one for glide.

Update: I corrected the mojang error, it wasn't OXMs interview that talked about the texture, music, world and skin pack combo, its neoseeker.

That's OK
