I have downloaded Optifine onto my desktop and have it open. I have opened my minecraft.jar file with 7zip and have it open. I have the two next to each other. I have highlighted everything in Optifine. I have dragged it over to the minecraf.jar window, and it will not let me drop it in. Where, oh where, have I gone wrong?

You probably just need to redownload it. Optifine is not even updated to 1.3.1 yet so that would just crash your Minecraft anyway.

Finally, thirty-six miles away from his old shelter, Kyo found Mistral City and almost cried at the sight of civilization. At first, Kyo was a little scared to enter Mistral. He finally bumped into a farmer, the farmer asked who he was and where he was from. Kyo told him the entire story and regretted not entering New Mistral City's magnificent gates.
I've seen it too! Apparently the maker of my texture pack knows of it because she textured it even! I used to have screen shots... but... well modding doesn't always go perfect.... I'll go take some screen shots of it and edit them into this reply later.

For some reason, AFTER running the Tornado mod for a while, it crashed my Minecraft. Like after the storm was done, the tornado was gone, ETC. I was just doing other things like building, and all the sudden it does "Saving Chunks"... I have a few mods installed, and Minecraft seems to be using ALOT more RAM then usual... (over 1,000,000 MB of RAM on a 4 GB RAM Installed CPU(no idea how, that's just what the Application Manager said....)) I was unable to get anything else to report, just that it's taking a sh*t ton of RAM to run MC after installing this mod. Please help

I think a storm was starting up and I'm pretty sure the storms are not compatible with Buildcraft Timber and Codchickencore. All the rest should be fine at least... I think.

3. Click roaming.
4. It should be the very top one. Click ".minecraft"
That's pretty much it.

You're looking for what says "minecraft" on it. THAT'S the .jar file.
