My ID is KyleEff#3801 How did you hear about The Sanctuary SMP community?: I heard about The Sanctuary SMP through my friend, Aelfgar, and he told me to apply for the server as I am looking for a Minecraft community that is unique from the general experience, giving the greatest sense of community and maturity in the game that I have spent so long playing.
What is your favorite thing to do in Minecraft? My favorite thing in Minecraft to do is some classic caving. It gives me a challenge and a sense of accomplishment when finding resources I need for building, and giving a way to relax. Seeing the numbers of my items climb is a great feeling after spending hours in the mines and emerging on the surface once again. What is your favorite/preferred base/building style? My favorite building style currently is more of a medieval style involving stones and dark woods. I want to learn more about modern styles, and trying my hand at them. It is a difficult, yet simple style that I have yet to master, and draws a great appeal to me. What is your favorite memory you have made in Minecraft? My favorite memory I have had on Minecraft has to be playing The Walls with my friends on Hypixel back in 2013. I enjoyed spending my young years playing there and learning more about the game while establishing myself in the first community I was part of. In terms of survival, my friend owned a server for a little while and that was the first real experience I had with Minecraft after finding the game from the Yogscast, and all of my middle school friends got together to play. It really grew my enjoyment for the game building things out of mineral blocks, thinking it was the most brilliant idea in the world. What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP? The community aspect, the ability to play with other people and interact with them is the most appealing aspect of a SMP, and generally why I want to be involved in one. Most recently seeing how the members of SMP Live interact give me a good idea of what I am looking for. Outside of Minecraft, what kinds of activities/hobbies do you enjoy? Outside of Minecraft, I am involved with music at my university singing, and I like to stream on my Twitch channel from time to time, interacting with the small community that I have. I also like to code in Java, and watch sports.
