I think that it should at least be optional for those who have no need for one. Beyond that, I haven't moved a finger toward creating a Twitch account either
i just did enough to keep my account here active. that is all I am going to do.
I looked at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, 8, 9 (amongst others), I looked through those PDF user-guides, and searched on "L0L04PA:" as well, then I read up about the processor and
Never mind, sorry, can't be bothered any more. Apologies. Spent hours on it, tried to help,
whoops, missed the little tidbit at the top of the page that listed the specs as that for a diff laptop. my bad.
Yeah, I did a bunch of googling on "hp 15-g203AX", hence my comments above, "Best I can tell (from somewhat limited info about that model), it's an AMD processor with integrated graphics, presumably an HD8500M or somesuch."
the app data may still be there, but it is doubtful.
what type of graphics card does the laptop have....nvm looked it up....Intel GFX card....may not be able to play MC at all.
it doesn't matter what the world was made/messed with if MC itself won't load.
your problem is that you can't get FX acceleration in your selected mode. go into the launch settings and edit the resolution to not be fullscreen. the default of 854 x 480 is fine.
In that case, then why is there an entire config dedicated to setting the spawnrates/can spawn at all for each mob? That just seems like a waste of space then...
Could anyone help me? The Config seems to not work on the latest version, i can't disable the spawning of any mobs...
do you have CMS installed? if you do are you modifying the MOC config files instead of the CMS files, cause CMS doesn't look at the MOC config files.
if you don't have CMS, you really can't disable the mobs from spawning, at least not that I'm aware of.
Yeah, those are great. I've had one for a long time that I use with a variety of 2.5" drives I've accumulated over the years. I've already backed up the critical data from my laptop, but all hard drives die, eventually... better make another backup!
Ha, warranty! I wish my warranty lasted 6-7 years or however long it's been since I bought that computer. It served me very, very well, so no regrets on my part.
I was hoping that Intel's Coffee Lake launch yesterday would have spurred some great sales on the AMD Ryzen processors, but no luck yet as apparently there are very few Intel chips available for purchase. I'm guessing there will be some good sales all around this November and December, though!
tell me about it....lost a lot of stuff when my HD suddenly died...no real backup....sigh....
I've heard the best time for electronics is right after the CES. Dunno if that holds true for computer parts.
That's what I was thinking - set to 0 to use fatigue only. The value will have to be synchronized to the client, though, which is an extra step but not a feature killer.
Yes, I had a computer basically die. No, I didn't lose any work (yet...) because the hard drive didn't fail and, technically, the computer still boots. It just makes very loud angry noises and gets super hot right away - I'm thinking dead CPU fan but it's a laptop and I'm too lazy to tear it apart myself and computer shops don't want to touch it.
good thing they make HD enclosures that can take a laptop HD and turn it into an external one.
i got command block enabled on config, but i cant find what is the command to play the sounds.. on old computer craft was just the same comand of the commandblock.. what i am missing here?
patience, most people don't live on the forums. There is an OC forum you can try. It is more dedicated to programming than here.
It's one world. Are you sure I can't recover it? If I can't, at least tell me how to avoid corrupting my worlds.
unlikely as it isn't a specific block that is causing the crash. you can try MCedit and delete the mobs, but I doubt that will do anything. if you are in some dimension other than the overworld, you can try MCedit and move your char or even deleting that dimensions folder in your world save.
unfort this is a risk we take as modders. the only thing you can do to is make a backup. I do it once per day. just copy the whole save folder into another location.

you know, if you have an AMD GFX card...why do you have intel GFX stuff in your JVM in your launcher?

this prob won't fix it, but it is worth a try.

1. spoiler tags
2. try deleting your MOC config files. sometimes they can get corrupted. This doesn't quite look like a config file issue, but it can't hurt.

cause that part of MOC isn't quite working right.

well, if you do the amount you can make it use none by setting it to 0.
didn't you have a comp die on you and you lost work that hadn't been released yet?

I just hope you make one final update for 1.7.10 with two things:
config for magic use with sword beam
restoring magic by sleeping, and perhaps hearts as you could do in OoT.

does this happen with any map or just the one? if is just the one it is likely corrupted and you have to either start over or use a backup.
