Is this mod still being actively updated? I've been running it on a server and have run into some bugs. It doesn't seem to have a github or anything though? Anyone know of alternatives? I need something with animals and lots of mounts.
desktop stock. i jsut want to play minecraft i had no issues before why would i need a gfx card for a block game
LOL, you'd be surprised at what MC requires for FX card. some integrated FX cards can't run it. Some comps with older parts that have upgraded to Win10 also can't because of drivers.
Well to be certain I've edited every last MoCreatrues config in every biome (including biomes o plenty) with no success in getting rid of scoripions. What do you mean by removing the biomes ? : ) And do you perhaps know how which folder is used for overworld in BOP?
something along the lines of surface something or something surface, think maybe BOPsurface or surfaceBOP. I'd be able to spot it from a list.
there is a second file that CMS uses for the biome group lists, entitybiomegroups.cfg. Inside you'll find a whole bunch of lists for the biomes for each creature. It is best to view this file with wordwrap off.
don't empty the list as weird things can happen. Nothing game breaking, just weird.
btw, disabling a mob from spawning won't cause them to all suddenly despawn. You'll have to use the /cms killall command. you have to tell it what to kill, and if you don't put anything at the end it'll give you a list of all the mobs to choose from. I may have the case wrong on the command, it has been a while since I've used it.
are you modifying the right file? CMS uses a folder for each dimension and BOP will actually cause CMS to use a different folder than the stock Overworld one for the overworld.
I've also had little success with the canspawn variable, I have to set freq to 0, and sometimes I have to remove all the biomes that exist in that dimension as well.
go into your profile settings tab of your launcher, then turn on the advanced options, then go into any profile, activate the JVM arguments tab (if it isn't already), then adjust the number after the -Xmx. Depending on how many mods you use, 1-4G may be needed. You will need to put the G after the number if you want gigs......
oh wait, you running JAVA 32 bit not 64 bit....if you know you have a 64bit OS, go pick up the 64bit version of java. Sadly, most browsers are still only 32 bit and won't automatically get the 64bit version of java as well.
if you don't have a 64bit OS, you'll be limited to a max of 2GB, if it is set up right in your OS. You prob shouldn't put the setting to anything higher than 1 gig then.
Sorry for the late reply, But Recently I had factory reset my computer, and before i did that, minecraft ran well. since the restart, it just keeps crashing and saying "couldnt set pixel format"
I was just wondering why its doing that
different FX card drivers that aren't factory default. you might be able to find ones that will work, but don't think it'll be easy or fast.

you should have some other JVM arguments in there as you have an Intel GFX card.
0
add it at the end of all the other JMV arguments
0
find the -Xmn and up it to 512M
if it isn't there, add it at the end

1. you aren't using the latest forge for 1.7.10, try updating that first to see what happens
2. go through all your mods and make sure you have the latest for them as well.
0
try turning on the output log while running and keeping the launcher open while running options in your launcher.
also, double check that the profiles are pointing to the right java folder and make sure any JVM arguments you are using are correct.

you did reinstall JAVA right?

a few things I notice:
1. it doesn't know what CPU you have, which is unusual
2. it looks like it can't find a language file which is also weird
what does your FML log file say? it'll be in the logs folder in your .minecraft folder
