    If you are using a resource pack you can replace the friend's of the host's steve.png in the resourcepack.zip/assets/minecraft/enity/ folder with the host's desired skin. Not a perfect fix but works especially if theres 2 players.

    I did finally get this mod working with Misa's texture pack.

    For those of you having similar problems ill go into more detail.

    1. Get a fresh minecraft.jar (rename/delete minecraft.jar and the file called "version. Run minecraft.exe to get clean files.")

    2. Download http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17317177/Minecraft-xau(MC1.2).class

    3. Download and run the Patcher from here http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?t=46173. Make sure you have the right Operating System.

    4. When running the patcher select your desired texture pack then hit patch. All the other options are optional.

    5. Copy bz.class and PlayerHelper.class to your minecraft.jar.
    NOTE: Do not copy the net folder over.

    6. Now open up the file location of the Minecraft-xau(MC1.2).class and rename it to Minecraft.class.

    7. Move your new renamed Minecraft.class into Minecraft.jar>net>minecraft>client. After Deleting the original.

    8. Run the game, Enjoy.

    No matter what i try i either get stuck at a black screen or hitting T doesn't bring up the interface. Would you be able to make this compatible?

    As of 1.2 we now have a wonderful assortment of trees. Unfortunately we cant select what kind of trees we can grow. So my wonderful snowy pine forest surrounding my logging camp now is full of replanted, ugly oak trees. :Zombie:


    Suggestion: Create new saplings for both of the new trees. These sapling will naturally grow into the desired tree. Or you could make some gui on the saplings to select the tree, but thats not as natural.

    This is a big opportunity because i'm sure this will eventually be established as a feature so why not be the one to do it first and contribute to the final game!

    I hear you. It is annoying. I'll remove the 'help me' sounds on the next update. I'll try to improve the foxes sounds, however, foxes sound just like that you know.

    Edit: I take back what i said about the foxes. I just watched some videos displaying fox calls and they are in fact annoying ass creatures. Well done replicating this.

    Yeah, I've heard foxes in real life and they really do sound like screaming people. Scared the hell out of me hearing one the first time, thought someone was being killed :Notch: In game noises are quite accurate compared to the real foxes I've heard. Still scared the crap out of me hitting the Minecraft fox for the first time (I had my volume up all the way from listening to music as well), I have never hit one since ._.


    Yea i suppose its a lovely incentive to not kill them haha

    The werewolves and foxes have to have the MOST annoying, terrible sounds out of anything i've ever heard. Id rather replace the fox death noise with the sound of a baby being run over by a semi. O wait, isn't that what it already is? Seriously, take the time to use a sound that isn't awful. Along with that, the human form werewolves never SHUT UP. I was forced to change that sound file just so i didn't have to deal with spawned werewolves in my cave systems yelling [High Pitch] HELPMEHELPMEHELP [Low Pitch]HELPMEHELPMEHELP. Uhg.

    That being said. Every other aspect of the mod is great, keep up the good work! just try and keep the "Annoying factor" down. people don't download mods to have to deal with shitty sound bytes looping constantly.

    Nothin huh? I'm pretty sure the problem is the skeleton as no matter how many times i try to start that world up the skeleton is standing right there alive and unmoving. (even in the sun)
