TeamInfo will soon be utilizing TeamSpeak as a method of VOIP. If you do not have TeamSpeak installed, you will still be able to join and use the mod. I will not be hosting the TeamSpeak server, you will have to connect to one yourself, unless I am donated one for the mod to automatically connect to..

Yes, both players have to have the mod, because both players need to connect to my TeamInfo servers for communication.
As long as you're connected to the interent, a simple press of the semi-colon key and then the add button will add whoever you want.
Join #teaminfomod on espernet, I'll help you out there. I think it's probably user error, but I'll help you debug if you jump on the IRC. To clarify, are you pressing P and then click-dragging?
