Myself and others using this on my server where we've built with the new types of Stone Bricks/cracked stone (block id 98) have found that if viewed from the top-down perspective on Zan's Minimap, it causes see-through pixels on the minimap. I presume because there is no texture or color set for those blocks.
Had it been a missing texture I'd have added it in myself, but it looks like it has to do with your .class files or something.
I've got one I'm just beating myself senseless with. I'm not too far past dirt hovels and domed towers, so I may be biting off more than I can chew. :sad.gif:
I'm just going to link them here, because I'm sure that there are better ones out there. It's called Ostrog Monastery. I already have my cave picked out, but I'm having trouble getting the structure itself planned out. My tower comes out hideous, and everything seems out of proportion when I step back, and worse when I try to change it. Think you can come up with a design?

Open the jar file, and delete the folder named "metainf". Works for me, thanks again _303!
I keep getting crashes after attempting to install the minimap
I put all files into the jar file.

Exact same problem I'm getting. I grabbed vanilla 1.8, installed the minimap for 1.8 into the main jar, and got the same errors. What did I do wrong?
Hey guys, I have an idea for a server, but I'm missing a couple of mods. I've read the forums, but haven't really found a reputable one in my sifting.
Ultimate Survival Civ Server!!!!
Step 1 : Download saved world (one that features good cities, maybe?)
Step 2 : Apply "Teeth of Time" and a mod that places random treasures and server admin named "artifacts"
Step 3 : Apply Mo Creatures
Step 4 : Find someway to make monster hordes invade at intervals, bent on wiping humans out. Humans must build walled towns to survive
Step 5 : Split player base into teams
Step 6 : Make (or rebuild) the greatest civilization!
Towns need : smithy, religious building, Stables, Keep or Town Hall, armory, market place, farms, stock yards, (other stuff?).
Scoring :
Each real day of survival (50% of town intact) is 10 points, calculated once in a 24hr period.
Calculated at end of game time (whatever players pick, week, 2 weeks, etc)
Keep or Town hall is 50 points.
Religious Building is 45 points.
Market Place is 40 points.
Smithy is 40 points.
Armory is 30 points.
Stables are 30 points.
Farms/stockyards are 10 points each.
Each artifact found, recovered, and kept awards 25 points each.
Factions can award a total of 50 bonus points to other factions for good building design. This can be to multiple factions, not totalling more than 50 points overall.
Faction A discusses :
"That monastery is awesome! I think ( Faction B ) deserves 10 bonus points for it", etc.
As you can see, I have two steps (The Invasion mod and the Treasure placing mod that isn't tied to a ruins generator), that I'm missing here. Can anyone offer some advice?
You did a wonderful job on the Rick James skin. I laughed, and imagined him calling a Spider a b**** as he slapped it around. I do not know if I should make another post, but I did make a request topic for what may be a rather difficult skin. It is here : http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/359963-skin-request-yes/
Hello everyone! :smile.gif: I'd like to post a skin request here. I know that we cannot get too detailed and what not, and these will be very tough to do. This is a theme, really, an exact detailed copy is not necessary. I tried, with paint.net, but was not very successful. So to anyone who feels able making a skin based on these images, good luck, and it will be much appreciated!

It is a Circassian cherkesska, one with a hood, and one with a fur hat. The cartridge holders on the breast of the garment are necessary, as is the kindjal hanging from the waist. I do not know if it is possible myself, but I feel confident that someone out there will be up to the challenge! Thanks to you all!
I've a couple I'd like to have, if you will. It is basically a circassian style cherkesska, one with a hood, and one with a fur hat. Black boots on both, even though it is cut off on the second of the images. Would be much appreciated. :smile.gif:
2 or 3 about me : I'm a post-apocalyptic fan, and love trying to survive a night with improptu traps and my wits.
Also wouldn't mind getting a caravan together to facilitate trade between towns.
Why I want to be accepted : Like I stated, I'd love to see how this works, I love post-apocalyptic stuff, and I'm an RP kinda guy.
EDIT : WOOHOO, 1000th post poster! What do I win?!?

Reason I should be accepted: I'm a rather new Minecraft player, but old RPG'er. I think Minecraft lends itself rather well to adding an RPG element, and I'm glad that someone has stepped up and done it. Looking forward to getting in-game and seeing how this all meshes together, seems like it'll be a lot of fun. :biggrin.gif:
Additional info : Been playing for about a week, and I love this game. It's the first one I've seen in a long long time that gives you the ability to really lose. The challenge+randomization makes this neat little game very very interesting.

Same to both of these issues. The missing pixels on the map also apply to mushrooms.
