they are there but not giving light. ive already replaced all the ones in my base but i havent replaced the ones in my mine that i was mining so heres a picture of that.

they dont give light but gives light when replaced. also monsters spawn in the dark that they are not giving light to

does anyone else's torches keep going dark in 1.14? its annoying to have to replace 1000 torches only to have a creeper blow up in your face because it was dark and have zombies eat all your villagers because its dark and zombies spawned.
