is what i get please help
Why are you asking here? It looks like you're using the wrong version of TMI.
I don't suppose any release of pre 5 is likely with 1.0 so close, eh?
As mentioned in the tumblr, we cannot work on the mod until Mike returns at the end of the month.
Searches for additional coders/modders have proven mostly fruitless, which is frustrating to say the least.
call me derpy, but I can't look around, i can only go left-right and up and down. not forwards or back wards, and I can't rotate the camera. I am using stable33 for mac and minecraft 1.8.1. if anyone has help, could they please PM me? I'd really appreciate it.
EDIT: never mind.
EDIT: dammit! my mousewheel only scrolls one way! really looking forward to doing all that by hand......
Wha? Just use WASD and Q/E for up and down. Using the mouse wheel exclusively would be a tiring endeavor.
So, perhaps I'm just missing something obvious, but after upgrading to Stable 33, I can't seem to figure out how to export anything. I checked the website, but couldn't find anything useful for the current version. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Export schematics by selecting the region, and copying it. You'll notice on the clipboard in the upper right that it gives you a save or delete option. Click on save to export the schematic.
I'll see what I can do about customizing blocks. It will probably be a per-world setting saved as a text file inside the world folder. If there's another tool uses text files to define modded blocks, let me know about it so I can try to adapt to its file format.
You are a gentleman and a scholar.
I don't know of any tools that use text files, but I can look around.
I'd like to second the request on adding either an addon or an extra function of the regular block that can set up to a 10 second delay (Like the Clocker already has). It would dramatically cut down on the amount of clutter trying to use repeaters for a suitable delay. Unless there is already a way to do this without a pulse?
Fantastic program, as always. You have no idea how much mcedit helps me.
I do have few questions/suggestions:
-Would it be possible for you to allow people to assign new textures to an unknown block while in MCedit?
The reason being that if you work a lot with modded blocks, there's generally just a huge mess of white 'unknown blocks' that are impossible to differentiate from.
Edit: Sorry, just now saw your FAQ bit on modloader block support. Has there been any progress?
-Is there a way to denote a certain 'unknown' block as emitting light?
If not, could you make this possible? The main problem is mod-based lightsource blocks are not updated in the game after saving a map in MCedit unless manually refreshed, in-game.
Thanks again for making and maintaining such a great program.
An issue: I noticed that when bringing up the console in Single Player Commands,
it messes up the clocker's timing pretty bad, sometimes entirely disabling it, requiring
me to often physically replace the clocker.

It installs one of the new features of the Artifacts Mod: shields.

Going through your javadoc.
Regarding obj usage, is there basic image-based texture support?
Or is the standard gray lambert our only option? If it isn't, is there any particular workflow I need
to follow?
Nice stuff, by the way.

MCedit should detect updates automatically. If not, click on 'Check for updates.'

Check the tumblr on the OP for occasional Q&A and progress shots. I only rarely check this page currently.
