My experience - I've been administrating servers for about four years now.
My people skills - I'm good with people and I try to get along with everyone. I'm strict, but good-natured.
I'm reasonable - I listen to all complaints, reports, etc with no prejudice. I only ban with a very good reason and I try to give second chances whenever possible.
Are you good at bukkit and commands? I'm proficient with most all popular plugins including WorldEdit and Essentials. I'm a fast learner if you're using something I haven't had experience with.

What would the punishment be for griefing 50-100 blocks? Well in my view, griefing 10 blocks is the same as burning down a whole village. The scale doesn't matter to me. Griefing is griefing. I'd ban them for three days. If they want to come back, let them. Of course, I mold my views to match those of the server owner.
2 moderators are arguing about the validity of a punishment. What do you do? Well first, I would want proof of the offense. Then I would want each of those moderators to argue their case. Whichever one seems to fit in most with the rules is the punishment I would go with. If it was a first offense, I would push for a lighter punishment.
Someone has reported their building being griefed. What do you do? Well obviously I teleport over there and investigate with an anti-griefing tool. If evidence of griefing was found, I would rollback the grief and ban the offender.
A player is angry that you got picked over him. What do you do? I'd tell him to suck it. No, I'm kidding. I'd tell him that I was sorry and I'd wish him better luck in the future. I'd encourage him to stay with the server, for when it expands we will need more staff.
Are you willing to commit to this server? If you're serious about this, then I am. Many times I've been picked to be an Admin and the owner dumps all the responsibility onto me.
How long can you be on? During the week, perhaps a few hours a day. Weekends are different. Sometimes I'm busy, sometimes I'm not. Best case scenario, I can be on for 5-6 hours a day.
I feel that I should mention I AM a programmer. I haven't much experience with plugin development but I am proficient in Java. If need be I can learn the ins and outs of plugin development. My main focus is web development so if you need a website, I can provide one.

Wow, your server spawn is absolute dog crap. It's also very confusing. I spawn in and I'm looking at the ground. Then I walk out of the first area and I'm met with... disorganized random crap. You have two areas that show your staff members. You have at least 5 places that display your warps. You have a message board, except the signs are too high up for anyone to read.
Your plugin use is confusing. Why do you need a plugin called "Heads" and "Custom Heads"? As soon as I spawn in, I'm greeted with the fact that I can choose a kit. However, I don't have permission to list kits. Also, I cannot use the /warp command.
However, I am still willing to help you. First step is accepting that your spawn is crap and you should fire your architects. Message me on Skype first chance you get.

We started out as just a private server for my school group. However, some friends encouraged me to open this server to the public. Our server is a casual Towny server. PvP is not emphasized, unlike most other servers these days. This server is based on building, developing a community, and just casual gaming. We are planning to add a KitPvP world in the future, but those plans won't be finalized any time soon.
Server Information:
Our server is hosted by GGServers.net, one of the best hosts out there. Their prices are rock-bottom. Our current plan is $15/mo for 5gigs of memory. With a 1GBPS uplink and SSD storage, lag will be kept to a minimum.
Our Staff:
The staff of the server are hand-picked by me. They are my closest friends and some of the coolest people you'll ever know. Our staff aren't cold or calculating like other servers' staff. They are real people who will remain fair and mature. If you have any complaints about them, please message me.
Our Spawn:
Currently, we're using a temporary spawn while the main spawn is being built. Our progress so far:

It's a creative server, dip. Obsidian is as easily breakable as glass. Worldedit can repair it instantly, and since they know your username they can rollback all of your griefing. Have fun wasting time.
Damn... that's a huge surprise. I'll miss Notch as lead programmer, but Jeb is pretty awesome. Maybe we'll get new features that only Jeb could deliver us, and with Notch still in the team we could get even more done. This is just like Steve Jobs stepping down (Yes, I compared Notch to Steve Jobs), but I seriously hope Notch doesn't die anytime soon!
