Wow, even thoguh I've never watched this 'Wolfe' guy, this is incredibly awesome! Unfortunately, I'm not going to download unless it has modloader.

Never the less, keep up the good work!

I am very much a pack-rat in reality, so this should be useful. However, I just have one suggestion, shouldn't Wheat Blocks be called Hay Bails? Just a suggestion of a course.

EDIT: also, no Cookie Trays? D:

I have to agree, I think Will-o-the-Wisp is the best name. But the current one is good too, don't take me wrong.

Also, thanks. Now all I need to do is track down a modeling program...

P.S., unlike everybody else, I personally don't think there's enough mobs. Just look at how diverse Earth is, yet Minecraft only has a handful of mobs.

    Suggestion

I have always envisioned an endermen that one you look at it, it acts as your shadow, and you can only see him follow you in third person. He will hug the ground behind you and wont attack you until you walk in the sunlight, because then he will burn which intern makes you deal damage. In terms of a quicker kill to him that does not involve making him burn on you, you can get rid of him if you immerse yourself in water, due to the endermen finding water being an acid to them. You can get him off of you by looking at your feet with an ender pearl and left clicking the block below you as a better way to get him off, but once you do this, he will attack you whilst avoiding you, somewhat like the skeleton's strategy, but in close quarters combat. The pearl forces him out of your shadow. In-game he could look like the concept design for ender men, pitch white eyes instead of those purple eyes and green eyes.He could also be flat in the torso and head, considering he becomes a shadow of you when you look at it (please build on his physical design). He cant pick up blocks, and he (maybe) could do this to animals too, so that you can tell what it does as an early warning system, that is, if you see an animal being attacked by one before you encounter one. The name of this endermen would be, Entity Men. Another name I was thinking of is Raven Men, or Darkening Men, but those names didn't make the cut.

(P.S. - A config file to turn off some of the breeds would also be appreciated :biggrin.gif:!)
(P.S.S. - I reposted due to the lack of your attention to it!)

Although I don't think this is a necessity, I do agree this is an awesome idea.

By the way, my idea was ignored as well. D:

I give full support of this idea! I don't care if it's added into the main game or is a mod, we need this soon!

I have a few ideas for mobs that could go in this mod. I'd have to make 'models' of them (these wouldn't be very good, but I think they could suffice) first, and then I'd have to get the creators approval, of course. :wink.gif: Of course, if you don't want any more mob ideas, that's fine and I'll take my ideas elsewhere...

I was a big fan of your reptile mod... and still am. I had to go on a wild goose-chase to find it again. XD Or should I say wild Monitor chase?

Anyway, I love the new Reptiles and the Parachutes and Armadillos.

However, I'm not finished. It's kind of impossible for me to go by a mod without making some suggestions. You don't have to take these suggestions seriously, it's just something for you to fall back on in case you run out of ideas.

    • New turtles (if possible). Red Eared Sliders are small, act like Gopher Turles and have a red spot near their 'ear'. Painted Turtles look like Red Eared SLiders but instead of a red ear they have all kinds of vibrant colors on their shell.
    • Armadillos should spawn only in Desert and Savannah biomes.
    • Large Crocodiles could become 'Female Crocodiles'. They would not only be more powerful than normal Crocs, but they will also occasionally lay eggs!
    • Geckos. This is my most serious suggestion of all: these guys are awesome. Geckos would be passive and they'd have the ability to climb up walls, like Spiders. When needed, they can nip which causes 0.5 damage. The most common species is the House Gecko, which is found in most kinds of forests. Another common species is the Leopard Gecko, which spawns only in deserts. Tokay Geckos are uncommon and spawn only in Rainforests and Swamps. Eyelash Geckos are the rarest, and spawn only in Rainforests.
    • Just curious, do Chameleons change colors? I don't know how'd this work, but it'd be cool.
    • Maybe Corn Snakes too? Just an idea, I've always had a soft spot for these guys, but could never get one because their food is so expensive.

That's all I have for now, enjoy! :wink.gif:

EDIT: also, you should really add Firehazurd's Frilled Lizard, it's far better than any of my ideas. :wink.gif:

I quite like this. However, I think Shadowmen or Endershadows would be the best name(s).

Also, after I looked at that quote, I thought Enderavens would be cool. They'd basically look like black chickens with glowing purple eyes. They spawn in high mountains, and, like Endermen, stare at you when their being stared at. However, after you're finished staring, instead of chasing you they will fly up in the air and then start bombing you with black, explosive eggs. Occasionally, these eggs will hatch into another Enderaven.

I agree with the holes thing.

Also, maybe you could add Razor Wings. They'd basically be armor that you'd wear on your wings. When you're wings are flapping any nearby mobs take 2.5 hearts of damage. Bladed Wings would be crafted from Multicolored Feathers (made by dying various feathers), leather (to strap it on the wing) and a Gold Ingot (for the base).

It's your mod, so you can do whatever you like= twist my idea, discard it, do exactly my idea but switch the Gold Ingot with a Gold Nugget, it's up to you. However, this is how I imagine their crafted:

    Multicolored Feather:
    :Violet: :Purple: :Lime:
    :Pink: :feather: :Teal:
    :Orange: :Red: :log:

The Colored Wool being their Respective Dye, and :log: being Brown Dye

    Razor Wing:
    :feather: :feather: :GoldBar:
    :feather: :feather: :GoldBar:
    :feather: :feather: :Bacon:

Bacon is Leather, Feather is Multicolored Feather

Your best be-a-mob mod yet! :biggrin.gif:

    Suggestions:
1 - eating a Growth Cookie will make you grow one size. Growth Cookies are found commonly in Dungeons. If you die, you will be reset to normal size.
2 - eating a Nether Wart Cookie (Nether Warts are coming to 1.9) will turn you into a Magma Cube (also coming in 1.9). These are craftable, but very expensive. You reset to a normal small slime when you die.

That's all I can think of right now. Keep up the great work! :wink.gif:

(P.S., do you think there may be a chance that you will make a Life of a Squid (LOAS) mod?

It seems like a good idea, but make some kind of custom block that spreads to corrupt the creatures instead of randomly happening (?)

    I concur.

EDIT: my idea for the Corrupted Squid (Zegu?) would be that it would be passive, but when it spots you it begins spawning Shroud mobs (everything except Acern and Anerachs).
