Hey, my Mojang account doesn't work on whatever weird site their bug tracker is on, so posting this here: I have an issue with the right mouse button registering twice, only in Minecraft 1.13. Normally I'd think this was a problem with my mouse, but it's specifically 1.13 and I did a search and other people are having the same issue(also only on Minecraft 1.13). No one seems to have put it on the bug tracker at the time of posting this tho, so can someone do that for me?

Yes, but at the same time, yippee for underwater horse-riding! Does anyone realize that skeleton horses are now good for something more than regular horses? With this and the Channeling enchant, people now actually have reasons to go out during a thunderstorm. -

I'm going to wait for a bugfix snapshot to try playing with these new features, I want to be able to use riptide tridents without them vanishing on me...

So, finally decided to create a Twitch account after all this time. Please, even if it wasn't intended, can we keep the ability for unarmed Zombies to pick up a Trident when drowning? I ask because the Trident in the unarmed Drowned's loot will likely be replaced by this "secret item", and I want to be able to get Tridents in my vanilla skyblock challenge-type worlds when the update comes out.

Honestly. I already posted here, but now I'm going to elaborate. I will keep Minecraft: Java on my computer just in case this whole thing blows over and the game isn't dead yet. But as I stated, turning Minecraft into a microtransaction-heavy, limited customization cash-grab is only going to drive people away, and the same goes for merging MCF and Twitch. I will not make a Twitch account. I will stop using these forums either until this is reverted, or forever. I will not make an Xbox Live account to play what used to be Pocket Edition on my phone. That game can sit there on my phone and rot. If the microtrasactions ever find their way onto Java edition, I solemnly swear I will erase every aspect of this game from my hard drive.
I will try to come up with a way for other users to contact me about Minecraft, but it's not looking too good right now since these forums have been my sole means of communication concerning this game. Goodbye crooked Twitch officials/helpless employees, and sadly, goodbye to my fellow forum members as well. Hope this can be resolved peacefully without the death of Minecraft, in any case I'll see you all later(or not).

Frankly, Twitch, you are digging your own grave with this one. No-one really wants this update. You are not benefiting your customers, just yourself. In general, good updates should benefit the consumer, not just the producer. Like how good governments benefit the people, not themselves (wow, I can't believe that I analogized a government to a company).
I would suggest giving perks to the Twitch mergers, not disabling the whole forum for non-Twitch users. You are isolating a lot of old users who simply do not want to encourage this sort of forced account migration. You are shunning the very people who made this site what it is. Simply put, you can never fully master the consumer.
Agreed. Furthermore, with Mojang's recent decision to make the Pocket and Console versions, which are basically microtransaction cash grab games, into the main edition of MC... As well as start making cruddy updates to the Java edition that drive more and more players away from it... I am afraid the time has come for me to find a new sandbox game to replace MC. Goodbye forever Mojang, thank you for all the fun times. If you ever want me back, buy the game back from Microsoft and revert all the changes they've influenced you to make. -

Had a whole message almost typed out about how this hate, while being based off of valid points is being blown way out of proportion... And the forums glitched and I had to refresh. Maybe that's a clue, like: "Not even this website has any room for reason anymore!" If anything's going to kill Minecraft, it's this childish community...

I saw a pic that command lines will be colorized for whatever reason. I just hope they don't change command lines again. My world is heavily run my command blocks. I'm still a little salty they removed custom loot tables from mobs but we must move on
Wait, WHAT? Why'd they do that??? Custom mob loot tables are awesome! -

I really wish Microsoft wouldn't make things in minecraft pe need xbox live. I mean really! The pocket edition players used to not have to have to use xbox live to play with other players. Microsoft should only be adding features like this, not changing them! I mean, they added texture packs that you payed for, I was fine with this, because they added a new feature to MCPE. So too with skin packs, because they added a feature. But now? They are changing a feature! And a pretty major one at that.
So I urge mojang/microsoft to reconsider this decision as it for one is somewhat annoying, forcing players to use this service to use functionality that used to not require the service, for two that it has never been wanted, like ever, and for three that it makes people feel like they are being manipulated, which is just terrible! (but microsoft has a tendency for this)
Note: This is a very opinionated post, so I would like to hear some counter-arguments so I can neutralize the post.
I don't mind them CHANGING features, but as someone with no intention of ever playing any other games that need XBOX Live accounts, and who has too many accounts for various gaming sites to properly manage them all already... I agree that they shouldn't change this specific feature. -

So, Java edition is getting shelved? Sad, but then I'd rather see Java Minecraft abandoned then included with the whole Marketplace thing. (At least this way we still have mods for free on PC y'know.)
And besides, most of the Java updates have been rather lackluster lately. Java edition needs real new content/mechanics to continue thriving, and none of these last few updates have had anything big to do with Survival Mode. A few mobs, yes, but most of the real coding effort has been for Creative Mode/mapmakers. This is sad for survival players like me. Mods are really much better content-wise anyway, so as long as we don't get Marketplace for Java edition I'm good.

I cannot wait until the snapshot. The custom recipes could make flat challenges and skyblock much more "complete"
This would make me happy as well, I love skyblock.

As long as advancements can be disabled. I want to use recipes when I need them rather than having to jump through hoops first.
This pretty much sums up my only concern with the new system. -

It would be nice if someone would host downloads on some service that doesn't attempt to trick users into installing software unrelated to the download.
Forge hosts on one of those services too, as do a lot of mods. Seems all anyone cares about is the extra few cents they get paid per download when hosting on such a site... It's a real problem. - To post a comment, please login.

Don't think so. But it might still happen before next version, never know.

Apparently not, because one of the latest commits on Github said "fixed t6 altar questions" and commented out all related code.

Make it possible to edit the properties of the player entity based on what gamemode the player is currently in. Also make some more additions to what you can do by modifying the player entity, beyond just basic stuff like size. The one singular thing I'd most like is the ability to control mobs in Spectator mode somehow(using addons of course, not in vanilla). Also, if possible later on we could add more gamemodes under unique names, so that you wouldn't for example have to override two of the vanilla gamemodes to make a "zombie" gamemode and a "drowned" one.

Random chance of dropping when a rift is forced to implode via a Casualty Collapser(or whatever those are called). Normally you just get Void Seeds, but Primordial Pearl chunks(which have different names depending on durability) will occasionally pop out as well.

Sounds like a bug.

Taint seeds are evil too. Got to kill them to kill the Taint, but get within like 10 blocks of one and you get Taint Poisoning 3, which is like Wither on steroids. They also flail around to attack you if you're in melee range. Best thing to do is stay out of their poison zone and shoot them with a bow or a projectile/bolt type focus.
(Oh, and you want to scan the rift and follow along with the research line that that gives you access to, it leads to an item that can collapse the rift. As an added bonus, you get Void Seeds and a chance for a P. Pearl(which now has durability and will wear out after being used to craft a few things) from each rift you collapse.)

NP. Is there a hard cap on the one Eldritch Vis discount bauble's %discount, or is it only limited by how much Permanent Warp you can gain through normal ingame means?

Anytime new stuff is being added it brings a chance of new bugs being added too, but there are several "fix" updates between each bundle of new stuff from what I can see. Just make backups before updating, and know that some versions always turn out more stable than others so don't update to the newest beta right away every time.
EDIT: I'm not very far in the mod yet, but I'm finding it relatively stable so far. It shouldn't be a problem to add it to a survival world as long as you're careful about updates.

I hope that's not near anything you care about lol.

Hello, I never really intended to come back to Minecraft after I disappeared from Discord some time ago for life reasons, but I don't have much else to do in my off time. So, I'd just like to ask one question: Is there any Eldritch in TC6 yet? I can't find anything in the changelogs, but I might be missing something.

It is not a file, but rather a command accessible to every player.(No cheats required.) /vampirism eye [1,2,3,etc...]

My two cents: make it possible(at a high Hunter level of course) to tell EXACTLY what a potion will do. Optionally you could also add a way to duplicate existing potions(perhaps by using one potion as the extra ingredient to make two more with the same effects?) As well as maybe boost the debuff% reduction from the skills that say "less bad effects".
0
Hunter Blood potions seem underpowered. Why would I risk all those debuffs when I could just use vanilla potions for most of the effects I can get from these? Sure there's odd stuff like Health Boost or lvl 3 effects from time to time, but not anywhere near often enough to justify the debuffs I get, even fully specced into potion crafting!

Might want to ask for clarification from the mod developer then. Could be he forgot to change some obscure bit of code somewhere, or you're just doing something wrong and IDK what.
