I saw a thread that said "you were supposed to fill in your first and last name", I tried that, it didn't work and I haven't found any other kind of solution, so does anyone have any possible one? Thanks!

By pre-assembled kit do you mean and all in one cooler like the Corsair H100i? Or with tubes etc? If it's with the H100i, you should be absolutely fine but make sure when you first power it on to test for any leaks. It shouldn't require 24 hours as it's not a full loop. If it's a loop, then definitely check for leaks.

There are specially designed coolants that work better than standard water, but some can be expensive, have a shop around.

It's usually perfectly safe if you know what you are doing and be vigilant of leaks etc.

Yep, it is all-in-one, for how much time should I test for leaks?

im too lazy to ask on some other forum lol

Today I saved enough to buy a watercooler (PC overheats whenever I play a game that requires a considerable amount of memory, my CPU is the main problem here), I've googled a lot to answer some of my questions and calm down my worries but I am still pretty paranoic about this so I would appreciate some answers here :)

The 20-24 hour leak test only applies for custom builds?

I am buying a preassembled kit, those are supposed to be trusty right?

Does water work as a good coolant?

Is the only thing I got currently, if there is a better and safer coolant, please lemme know.

    How really safe it is?

no really i am highly paranoic about this

    Thanks.

The best feeling I ever had while playing this game was hearing that faint "splut". Don't deprive yourself of such a transcending experience.

Yes, indeed it is rewarding and I had that beautiful experience, but I am not really the kind of guy who goes on a cave and tries to find slimes mostly because it's not really common and I am kinda lazy in that aspect, I enjoy building more.

Amidst v4.1 displays slime chunks for all versions of Minecraft including PCMCv1.9.

See my signature for the download link.

Amidst v4.1 also maps igloos and all 128 strongholds in v 1.9 worlds.

Amidst is NOT a mod. It's a program written in Java that uses the world generation routines in whatever vanilla version of Minecraft that you have a profile for.

It's quite small (less than 3 mb).

I HAVE heard of AMIDST but the list of features didn't included "finds slime chunks", so, I didn't give it a go, but since you are offering it to me, I will use it, thanks :)

EDIT: thanks, I did find a slime chunk in a really convenient place, I owe you my entire house.

    The short answer is no.

There were really only ever two effective ways of finding slime chunks which were either to use chunkbase or to find a slime underground. I don't use external tools so I have relied on just finding them. It's worked for me but it's not quick.

If you need slimes in a hurry, get thee to a swamp.

That's a shame, I am too lazy to go to a swamp because It's kinda far away from my home but that'll do until I find an effective way, thanks anyways.

Since chunkbase.com hasn't been updated to 1.9 I don't really trust it for now.

I really need slimeballs for a project I am working on in my survival world, and I really think I will use them for future projects.

Any easy way to find them real quick?

You're welcome, hope its what you're looking for.

As soon as anybody says 'you're' and 'right', in the same sentence to me, its as if they've never done a thing. I'm awfully pretentious.

Also, Ultra Hardcore is probably the closest thing to a mainstream gamemode to this. Its basically what you're talking about but without natural regeneration. It's on a lot of servers.

Yes, I know what UHC is, but I am looking forward to something more simple like an old HG.

And why would you have such a pretention for a phrase that states that you are right? :/

Maybe we'd understand if you weren't so indecisive. What you're describing now is nothing like what you confirmed you were looking for when I posted.

Number 1 thing I hate in this community: "This isn't Minecraft!! This is Minecraft!"

No, just pipe down and listen to some reason. Minecraft is whatever we want it to be. Don't blame the servers, the world doesn't revolve around you, mate. People, including myself, like these sorts of hunger games. I don't remember them punching trees in the movies. Want to understand why they restrict it? Want to get it? Open your eyes, seriously, that's what most of us prefer.

But I'm gonna stop your whining (hopefully) and link something close to what you're looking for. But idk, you'll probably just change your mind again. play.mcpvp.com. You're welcome.

if its not what im lookin for i will whine harder but thx anyways m8

And you are right I guess, I was just upset.

I think he means like in the actual hunger games movies. I'm sick of the ironical named "Survival Games" which should be named "The Operator doesn't know what to do without grief-protecting the entire server because that's the only plugin he has Games"

Edit: I suppose "The Adventure-Mode Games" also fits.

YAAAAAY Someone get it :D, if you happen to find "or know" any server like that, sharing would be aprecciated!

    LITTLE RANT HERE.
And seriously I still don't get it, WHY WOULD YOU RESTRICT HUNGER GAMES SO MUCH?!
The idea of that minigame was to survive! Not to wander in a map looking for chests that have random junk inside making the game practically 90% LUCK 10% SKILL, because if someone gets better gear than anyone on some of the chests, gg.

That is not Hunger Games, as Emerald_Sword said, it's the "The Adventure-Mode Games", as if the minigames being the MAIN REASON OF BUYING MINECRAFT NOWADAYS, and tons of minigame servers being the most populated leaving the essence of Minecraft behind weren't enough, minigames are fun, but, god, don't make it the Minecraft topic, the game wasn't made for the minigames.

So, you mean, like, a vanilla PVP server?

The brilliant idea, by the way, came from all those servers with 100s of players who clearly disagree that the idea is anything less than brilliant.

And by classic, I mean where you can break blocks, craft stuff, mine like any other survival world but with PvP, just because I felt like playing some of it, I am not convinced of the new Hunger Games.

Who had the brilliant idea of restricting Hunger Games so much anyways? I still don't get it.

I'm actually still playing on my first world (more than 3,400 in-game days old); "first world" since I bought the game, I don't really remember what I did when I played demo except it spawned me in a forest near a lake or ocean and there was a taiga nearby, this being in 1.5.1).

Wow! It's cool that you're still playing in your first world ever, I would keep it in a safe place If I were you, like upload it to Mediafire and download it if your PC dies or lose your file by some reason. Let's hope that a future MC update don't f-ck up old worlds. As they did in the past.
