Why you would make a good moderator (150+ Words): I would be a perfect moderator for your server because I know how to enforce and remember rules, how to sort out problems with ease, and I also am very much mature. I don't believe in abusing staff power, I actually frown upon it. Nothing is too big to handle with me when It comes to dealing with players and rule breakers. Because of my past experience of being three server owners and having administrator capabilities on other games such as Grand Theft Auto: San Andrea's I know the in's and out of being a staff member and also what it takes to become one. I would not let you nor your server down when it comes to me enforcing the rules and making sure everyone is playing safe. You will not regret allow me to become part of the team. I also tend to be on the computer for over 3/4 of the day and I use over 2/4 of that time playing Minecraft. You can count on me to be on the server as much as I humanly can. About you: I am a 19 year old unemployed guy from Newfoundland, Canada. Trying to figure out what to do in college I spend almost a full day on my computer where I play games such as minecraft and other survival games. I am one of the nicest and easiest people to get along with and their is not much people that don't like me.

Server will be up a bit later I currently got beef with GGServers orders pending for over a hour. If they don't hurry up ill have to take the hunting responsibility and hunt them down.

Homestead Roleplay will be just like all them shows. I want players to come on and make a house in a little town I like to call "Kielly's Edge" and live as if they were off the grid. By that, I mean grow your own vegetables, hunt your own meat, get your own minerals and much more! Hell, even create a little town shop if that's what you like.
Sense this is a white list server I will be taking applications below with the format that is at the end of this post. Why white list? I want to make sure I get the best of the best players. I don't want to end up getting them rotten eggs that like to ruin all the fun or get them players that just don't know how to role-play.
Server is opening February 30th or earlier! Be sure to submit your applications now as I don't know how much slots I will be getting. I need to get a general Idea.
What you need to know:
Please know how to role-play and all of the role-play terms. (Metagaming, Powergaming, ect. Don't cheat on the test. Put it in your own words please.
We are not looking for staff. If it progresses enough to the point we need to hire, we will.
Think before you shoot. Players are your towns population. Get a bad rep and you can get "shun" from the town after a vote. This don't mean you have to leave the server. You just have to move away from the town. (Unless rules are broken you are fine from getting banned)
Do not use any glitches or hacks to your advantage or anyone else's at that. You will be banned for doing so.
Just have a good time and act as if you are in your Minecraft's character.
There is a very divine and particular way we build our houses in the homestead. We use "carpenters blocks" to build the frame of our house first so that way we can have the outside wood, ect and the inside whatever type of wall color you want. Search up how to use the Carpenters Block mod if you would like. A Detailed tutorial will be released sometime before server launch.
