Previous Expierence: I have owned a sever in the past as well as being staff on many servers I use to be a manager on a hosting network that had it's own server.
Why do you want to be staff on SkyFactions: I want to be staff on SkyFactions because I love to help people and make sure everyone is doing what they are suppose to and having as much fun as possible. I also like hanging out with other staff members I am good with a team.
How long will you be on each week: I am online daily so every week I could be on over 10 hours.
Why you want to be staff: I want to be able to help with the server and help the other players and I can help with new ideas etc.
How can you contribute: I can give the server and everyone new and better tips or pointers I will give the effort required to make everyone happy!
experience: I have been head-admin/admin many times before also I have been manager many times as well so I know the responsibity I need to be a great head-admin.
for dev what can you program: I don't know how to program yet I hope to learn later on but I can help make ranks and set up permissions.
Experence: I have been staff on many servers before and helped setup a lot of things for servers before too I just can't make plugins.
Can you make plugins: No but I can create ranks and setup perms etc.
This is a prison server, we are looking for staff to help out, the server is ready, but not public yet.

Why should we except you: I can bring another dedicated player, myself and I can bring leadership since I plan to be Admin. I play at a minimum 3 hours a day, and also since I do play a lot I can keep watch of the server and Make sure everything is going well and everyone is having fun!
