Name: Keyon (Will answer to anything starting with a K, or Founder. Will fly into a fit of rage if called "Lord" or anything else with a religious use.)
Age (Because I can): Appearing age is 30, technical age is also 30, age without special relativity is 530.
    Health: 100/100
    Condition: Depressed
Political Power (For Roleplayer's Resort nostalgia): 10 billion gigotwatts (On the 2080 scale)

I materialize in a flash of blue light, apparently I am in a bar of some sort. A primitive bar. A bar without any synthehol. No wonder there was only a single space station above this planet. Of course, that stupid space station just had to look exactly like the ISS, and everyone had their depression trigger, and this planet just pulled it.

My completely white dress uniform contrasts my completely black rifle, which has gold trim on it. My belt is making a quiet humming noise as a result of it's zyrskonium reactor, and both my neural disruptor pistol and suit replication button are on it. My mind is flooded with thoughts of my earlier years. The space shuttles retiring, the ISS, SpaceX, my old job, my research, the NEG-S, and the launch of my Orion-drive ship. The ship that ripped all of my friends out of my life forever. On the bright side, I get millions of Auds in donations from random strangers who practically worship me. OH WAIT, I hate those!

I plop myself down at a booth, whack my head on it a couple times, and stare off into space, trying to hold back the tears and failing. I try to hide my head with my hands, but it's obvious I'm crying. I should have gotten my tear ducts modified on Kepler 22b, oh well, now everyone can see me, a guy in a futuristic military uniform with two energy weapons on him crying in the middle of a bar.
"I should have never left, I would have seen it, I could have done it myself. I gave up my dream and what do I get? Ever more depression than I already had. I'm surprised I haven't killed myself yet!" I mumble loudly.

    Launch 1
The final module of the Nightingale spacecraft is being launched this year! It is the landing module, which will be carried in front of the command module and will be used to ferry the two lucky crewmembers down to the Lunar surface, where they will do an array of scientific experiments and record a video of them golfing, along with a video of an undisclosed nature that may or may not be recorded due to circumstances outside of OOSE's control.

    Launch 2:
OOSE has decided to launch only 3 crew using their new glider-rocket thingy, giving it half the crew capacity of the "Space Shuttle" from the popular sci-fi book series Life in the 1990's and Life in the 2000's, which featured the Challenger disaster and retirement of the STS. However, the concept is still the same. This specific craft will dock with the ISS after delivering the crew to Nightingale and can be used as an Earth-to-ISS transport vessel or an evac shuttle.

    Nightingale Mission News!
The OOSE spacecraft Nightingale is preparing to leave for the Moon! The crew modules will be launched on December 30th, 1959, and the ship will depart for the Moon on January 1st, 1960. The crew is in their final stages of training, and all are perfectly fine, aside from being extremely excited. They are currently living in a quarantine facility, as there is no backup crew and if one gets sick then the mission must be scrubbed. It has also been revealed that there will be a cheap pistol on the ship, because everyone wants to know if it will fire in space. The mission patch has also been designed. It will be a circular image of the Nightingale over the Moon, with the names of the crew in a ring around the image. At the bottom of the ring it will say "Ex astris, Scientia".

((I'm officially adding the factory infrastructure building! The factory basically allows you to make an extra part per turn, but that part is preset when you build it and it cannot be changed. So it's like the Rocket Propulsion lab, but more versatile.))

"Good luck up there!" I call out to Jenny after getting the rocket into position, I run back to mission control and boot up the computers. They're state of the art, and they have entire Kilobytes of RAM!
    KILOBYTES!

"Bring up comms and put the trajectory on the main screen!"
"Sir, we don't have a single main screen."
"Well then put it on all of those cheap screens that make up the main screen!"
"Done sir! Adjusting comms to open a channel with... uh... we haven't named it yet sir."
I hear the reports of everyone in mission control signaling a "go", and I pick up the comms mic.
"Jenny, two things. One, you're go for launch, two, want to name the tin can you're in?"

The storage bay on MY ship.
The door behind the little Sith brat opens, revealing four of my best officers holding vibroblades, and me holding that painful-looking one.
"You idiotic Malkrantian ****." I say to the Sith, the word 'Malkrantian' being a borrowed curse from another universe.
I run straight towards the Sith and swing my vibroblade into his arm, then I rip it out horizontally, causing extreme pain.
"Do not mess with a war hero, especially this one."

((Yeah, we need more intermediates. Hardcore scares away everyone who isn't hardcore (See: Over half the people here), and Casual is only good for "Roleplayer's ____" type things. Intermediate works best for stuff like this, as long as it;s a little bit on the hard side. The fact is, nobody is like that anymore, It's just Casual or Hardcore. We are clinging to the past, but if we could somehow get others to join in then this could work. Of course, it would be a good idea to restart this whole 200-something page dual-roleplay series all over again, so that we, you know, can research stuff that we can imagine at our current level of intellectual development.))

"My name is Jola, not Anne, Jola. Jola Shad. From Tatooine. Also, by 'secured space' do you mean a safe place where I can be free from pirate attacks, or a Republic warehouse? Because I made a major investment on the attack that got me these crystals, and I'm not about to give them all up for free, however, you did rescue me, and I will keep my promise" I say, I press another button on my command chair and a large crate rises from yet another hidden compartment, I open it up to reveal enough stygium crystals for multiple cloaking devices. Not like I have any idea on how to make one. I pick up some in a box and hand it to the commando.
"Here, these crystals are worth billions of credits, they are the last of their kind. I'm sure you know this already, but they can be used to make cloaking devices, so you will need a significant escort. If the Sith got them, there's no telling what they could do."

I thought it was common sense that you don't use the romance movies as tutors, kissing someone does not automatically make them like you so you can live happily ever after.

Also, when people post topics like this, I immediately imagine the poster as a horny 12 year old who weighs 200 pounds.
