"Good! I need someone to replace the burnt-out power relays, basic hull repairs are done, everyone focus on the ship's equipment!"
I go inside the ship and start tweaking the equipment so it will work more efficiently.

I would probably say "SEEMS LEGIT." and walk away and not talk to them for a few hours because that's just a mean trick.
I know i'm not adopted, if I was then they would have adopted me because I happen to look just like them.

Maybe like how a Timelord's immortality is. You don't age and you can choose whether to regenerate or not when you die.

    Perfect.

No, but extended life and not aging would be nice, just until, say, the moment we invent Faster than Light travel, that's the one thing I want to see in my life.

((Ah makes sense. Oh you know that old republic online game. I really thought that was gonna be good and turned out to stink. Even now that have free. You can only play it up to level 50. Not only do you have to buy the game in stores you have to pay monthly fees for online. They are really dumb. They would make more money by charging 50$ for the disc and making the online free. Then more people would get the game. ))

((Yeah, I was going to get it but ended up opting out, just yesterday I remembered that I had Empire at War and the expansion pack, so I hooked up the DVD-ROM to my other computer and started playing it again, just finished the campaign.))

"Fleet Admi-, Jola Shad. That title doesn't mean anything here. My ship has an old class 1.7 Hyperdrive from the Yuuzan Vong war. I guess I had better get my ship refueled before we takeoff."
I order a few of my crew to hook up the fuel lines while I haphazardly weld some metal on the spots where the ship was hit, it is pretty obvious that my crew and I have done that a lot, as there are a lot of places where it looks as if hunks of scrap metal were just thrown on and welded over the course of a few seconds, which is actually perfectly true.

((Sorry it took me so long to post, I was caught up in Forces of Corruption.))
