"sans-serif">OK Here is how the Mariculture Titanium Casting works.
"sans-serif">Step 1) Shoot yourself, that is all. "sans-serif"> "sans-serif">No seriously, you are going to have to build a few devices. First and most important is the Vat. You will need to make four of them and put them in a 2x2 for the end result, which I will get to. You will need to put a couple buckets of lava into it at first because you will need to make burnt bricks for the next step. Once you have the lava in there, you will need to right click the br...icks into the Vat. The Vat is buggy in that you can not take items out of it so be careful when you click on it without an empty hand. You may be able to drain it from below, I haven'[t tried yet. "sans-serif">
"sans-serif">Next is the Crucible Furnace, it is a multi block so make two and stack them. It will require a heat source to get it up to 2000 C. I found the blocks of Coal work really really well. "sans-serif"> "sans-serif">Third is the Ingot Caster. The IC is where your ingots will cool down. In previous versions there was a Deep Freeze instead and you could put ice blocks around it to speed it up, I have not tested this with mine yet. "sans-serif">I recommend connecting all of these things with fluid pipes. It will help move liquids and molten metal around easier than using heat resistant bottles like they do in the tutorials. "sans-serif"> "sans-serif">Here is the damn stupid part. It is incredibly time consuming to make pure Titanium. First you need to melt Rulite in the Crucible, and ingot them for later. You can make as many as you want. The next part is building the catalysis for the purification. You need to make Unknown Magnantisium Dust. First you will need 16B of water, I have a hardened portable tank just for this that can drain directly into the Vat when I tell it. Next you need to melt 32B of quicklime. You make this by placing Limestone into the Crucible and melting it. I recommend two stacks going at a time. I have a feed pipe out of the crucible into a Reinforced PT for this because it holds 32B, then you can drain it into the Vat just like the water. "sans-serif"> "sans-serif">After both water and quicklime are in the Vat it will take 15 or so seconds before the process finishes and you will see the dust in there. Right click on the vat and it should shoot out at you. Make as many as you want, and then ingot cast them. "sans-serif"> "sans-serif">Last thing, take your impure Titanium and your Magnatisium and place both in the Crucible. After awhile you will have regular Titanium. Good Luck, I hear the Unknown Dust can randomly decide to be some other molten metal. "sans-serif">Keravek
